Definitely some projects going on, but a great value course that I'll definitely come back to. The young woman in the pro shop mentioned how her family recently purchased the course, and after many years of neglect it's well on its way to being as nice as it should be. Beautiful location along the river, unique and challenging layout and a lot of fun to play. Definitely highly recommend.

The Jack has become a great home course for many locals and visitors. Family run and well kept. The newly renovated restaurant is a welcome, comfortable and a treat after nine or eighteen holes. Thank you Shambergers!

Wonderful surprise! Played today(June13) for 9 holes at an extremely reasonable rate. Friendly helpful staff asks your name and introduce themselves. How rare is that. Anyway, great golf and memories. Have a wonderful summer.

On our way back from a day on the cog railway, we happened upon THE opening day of the Jack dining room. It was fantastic: food, setting, service! If we didn't live 1200 miles away, I would have been back with my clubs today!!

Awesome family run business! They put their heart and soul in and it shows! Beautiful course and restaurant space to enjoy a round and a great meal.

Greens are in great shape, staff are always friendly and courteous, amazing new bar and restaurant. My favorite course.

Fantastic... greens are in good condition and the staff is great. My wife does not play but it was no problem as they let her ride around with me.
