Broad River Water Authority

Well the lowest quality in the state but what gets me is i cant get a copy of my bill. I've asked three times. Still i wait for them to produce one so i may compare on water consumption in the entire twenty one years ive had service with them. I need to know the numbers but i cant even get them email to me whats the real reason you dont want me to see it ???? Well the pandimic really hurt people in our area there no room in shelters so i let a few homeless take a shower what did yall do???

I gave one star because I had to. Broad River has always price gouged and over charged customers because they are the only water provider in these small backwoods towns and no one has ever reported them to the utilities commission so they continue getting over on people. It’s privately owned by the towns mayor and a few other greedy folks who think they can sky rocket prices for water. A natural resource.
