Lima and Shahi has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have a warm smile and very friendly. The line always move quickly and they make the best coffee full of love. I enjoy coming here so much I pass 2 other locations to come to this one. The environment is always clean and very comfortable. What an amazing team which reflects on the management. I believe that this location has set a standard as a benchmark for all other location. Love the product and service. Lima and Shahi deserves a raise or a least a paid vacation.

My sister, her husband and I were looking to grab a quick bite while traveling at 5:30 am today. The employees were so nice to us at such an early time. Food came out really fast and the bacon on my breakfast sandwich was so tasty and crispy! Thank you to the employees for being such a good sport and serving us with a smile.Kudos to this location!

Every time we are in town, this is our go-to place. Always busy no matter what time of the day. Quick friendly service, and they do it right. We also see lots of locals every time we are there.

Vietnamese coffee : less milk and needing the extra shot of expresso. The caffeine hits straight up the brain 😅 ❤ it ! Legit.

Best Dunkin around. Very friendly man working the night shift. We talk regularly when I go in to order my drink, and he’s always very nice and personable. On top of that, coffee quality is consistently high. I usually order a black cold brew, and it is always very fresh. Some Dunkin’ Donuts cold brew is honestly not drinkable. This one is very good. I have also had the matcha iced latte and some of the donuts. I have no complaints. I love that it is 24hours, and the workers are always hard at work. I appreciate this location a lot, and I will continue to go to them for my Dunkin.

Best service! Always friendly! Remembers their regulars….Shahi Always has my coffee ready as soon as she sees me. AND I always pay with my app…. No problems. Don’t go to Dunkin’ on Lantana and 95. They will ask for additional cash when paying with your app…BEWARE!!!! I just happened to be in that area, never again will I walk into that place!!! Crooks!!!!

Went they drive thru for breakfast sandwiche & coffee it was fast,hot & tasted great!

OPEN 24 HOURS! I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this location, regardless of the time of day/night!!! Very friendly staff, even at 4am, when most other cashiers/clerks/attendants elsewhere are all SO grumpy! At this DD, the staff is always very helpful when I am ordering new items, or picking up a large order for a party. The donuts are always super fresh, and when I order a hot meal, it is made to my exact specifications, and very quickly too. The work ethic here is fantastic!! If Lima is there, and she sees me walking up, she will have my usual coffee order already waiting for me when I walk up to the counter!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION IN ALL OF WPB COUNTY!!!!

I love this Duncan!especially, the two ladies at the counter they are on the ball, and adorable! Very nice all the time to me.I have been going there for years! I MISSED THEM,when I briefly had to leave.Im back in Fla now,and was a treat to see them again.Thats MY favorite Duncan!

This is hands down the best coffe shop to come to study all night and all day.
I like the fact that they have chairs out side and in side for your preference.
The employees are friendly and helpful, especially when you have been a customer for years.

All Dunkin Donuts shops are great. Unlike that other big-name coffee shop, Dunkin Donuts actually makes their Bakery products and doesn't have them come in from some other company. Coming from the town next to where Dunkin Donuts first started many years ago and having many friends work at all the Dunkin Donuts around there I know this for a fact. I also know a person who worked in a freezer Warehouse where the the other guys bakery goods was brought in on trucks that was later delivered out to those other big-name coffee shops. Dunkin's coffee is also less acid than the others. Dunkin's is the best!

The Dunkin’ Donuts here is better than the other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The cashier lady handles orders with a great attitude and she doesn’t messes up my orders.

Have you been to a Dunkin Donuts that doesn't have a donut or munchkin you are looking for? This place has not disappointed yet. Too bad the chain has no consistency. Anyway, this one's pretty good.....
