I was scheduled to pick up a U-Haul rental and when I showed up the place was closed. Neither the phone number on the door nor the one on the counter inside was answered. Horrible service. I do not recommend.

I had bad experience with them they sold me a car air conditioning didn’t work and went out on me with in 10 months

Horrible Customer Service or Support! I asked the front desk to explain the reason why pricing was changed and she did not even try to give me a reasonable explanation. I just needed to know WHY and she did not even try to give me an answer. Businesses have to learn what customer service is and has to teach their employees!

My nephew bought my sister a car from this place. The air & everything else was rigged up to last for about a month. She has been having problems with this car every since she got it. It is a 🍋. They are crooks
