NEAT Tasting Room & Bottle Shop

Unique place. Food was amazing!! Space was really cold. They are open b4 5 but you cannot order anything but drinks and minimal snacks. Location is great. Definitely come by after 5 as the food was worth the wait!!

We had high hopes for NEAT and they were exceeded! Cool, chic, coastal-modern decor and design inside. The grand charcuterie board we selected was incredible—a wide variety of cheeses and meats. Our cocktails were unique and refreshing and the perfect amount. The menu here is small, but perfectly tailored for an excellent cocktail and small bite experience. Service was perfect. Check it out if you are in Alys Beach.

I really wanted to say this place is neat, but it deserves more than that. Bartenders who know their trade, a bottle shop to rival the best whisky sellers you've ever seen, and a location near iconic George's and the lawn at Alys Beach. Stop by and stay awhile.

Amazing! You approach the bar and order then find a seat either inside at the dim lit fairly comfortable seating or outside on the patio. Very fast and very tasty cocktails with a huge flavor profile!!!

Great little place for an old fashion. Dogs welcome on the patio.

Emily was an awesome bartender and “wino”. We just moved to PCB and she gave us more knowledge on wine then we thought we knew! I highly recommend this place and ask for Emily! You won’t be dissatisfied!

Stopped by for a quick drink before dinner. Very laid back and quaint. Nice bar. Very earthy. Serious about here hand made drinks down to the dried fruit in there martinis. No food until 5. More like a tapas bar than a restaurant. But very nice place for drinks. Ask for Hunter he will take care of you

Was here last night for my wife’s birthday, and we had a really great time!! Jordan made sure our water was filled the whole time. The BOH staff was incredibly talented; they have a great group of chefs. We ate the charcuterie platter and were really happy with the portions and variety. Our server treated us to a sparkling white and my wife left feeling very special. Our party agrees we made the right choice to spend our Saturday evening with Neat’s skilled staff.

The bottle store has every unique, tough to find bottle i’ve been looking for in northwest florida. They also have the best quality bar equipment for sale from Cocktail Kingdom and a variety of other sources. The bar itself is a fantastically curated selection of well thought out cocktails and a collection of great wine & beer. The selections are relatively limited, but reflect the size of the establishment. Highly recommended! Knowledgeable staff, delicious plates & tasty liquids.

We came here for an appetizer before our dinner reservation elsewhere. We ordered the prosciutto de parma flat bread, roasted garlic, figs, arugula, manchego, vincotto (whew, that's a mouthful!) from the shareables menu. It was absolutely incredible! I wish we had known about this place otherwise we would have come for dinner. Highly recommend!

Interesting little bar with a nice sitting area as well. Outdoor seating is available. Our first cocktail was made by Hunter who was a great conversationalist and a wealth of knowledge about cocktails and the area. II cocktail was made by a bartender who admittedly said he learned everything about mixology at NEAT. That cocktail was definitely more inferior to Hunter's. They have around a hundred or so bottles for sale including Louie XIII and a gift shop type thing with all sorts of neat bartending tools and trinkets and accoutrement.

Amazing cocktails, and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a drink. Keeley is an amazing server. My family and I will be back!

Elegant, as it should be. Alys beach in itself boasts the most desired Real Estate along 30A. Check out NEAT for a unique and wonderful place.

Lovely music, food and wine last night at the tasting. Staff all helpful and pleasant decor.

Absolutely love Neat. However do not go when there is event or they are busy. Not built for more guests than the inside seating can handle.

Cool bar, very small and a little pricey but outside seating and great drinks.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. CHRIS IS A GEM.

Interesting drinks and good appetizer selection. Would highly recommend.
