Carl’s Jr.

I used the drive-thru so no rating for the indoor experience. However, my drive-thru experience was stellar. The worker was pleasant and did not seem hurried when I said that I'd never been to a Carl's Jr. before. She said to take my time and to let her know if I had any questions.

I ordered the 3 piece hand breaded chicken tenders with fries, and a diet soda. I even got napkins and sauces without having to ask. (Unlike their Mc Competitor. Imagine, 2 whole sauces AND napkins?! Mc could never.)

The price was right too, about $10.80. Better food and service for the same price. Sign me up!

Just got my food from drive thru. Jeff was at the window gave a huge smile repeated my order I confirmed!. What a pleasant guy knows his stuff he's an asset to Carl's Jr. Restaurant. I ate at the one in Green most delish ty Jeff.

Beautiful and clean place. Huge parking lot, trucks 🚚 are welcome. Waited for long time to make an order, even though it was only one order in front of us and waited for long time to get our order 🙄

Me and my dad are just passing threw, and food is as you expect. But the real MVP here is the staff. Super friendly, always smiling. Even customized my milkshake after I realized they had a flavor i wanted more. If I ever pass threw again, hell yeah im coming back.

Going to Wildlife Safari and came in the new Carl's Jr. Super impressed with the localized decorations.

My daughter and I stopped at this location on our way back from spending a weekend in Ashland, OR. I don't often spend the time reviewing fast casual or fast food places specifically but let me tell you, the restaurant, its bathrooms, its service, the food, the employees, they're like a model store. If I was a brand ambassador I'd bring my prospective clients and future leaders to this store so they can see what it looks like at its optimal.

The manager was a young man, looked neat and clean, really well spoken, attentive, was hustling but still made time to speak to us, apologized for multi-tasking, I thought he was a really good leader and just empowered his people who seemed so content and happy to be there. The young lady who took our order was clear and concise, read the order back to us, offered us to save money by creating a combo meal vs. a la carte. Just really specific, really well trained and positive/happy.

If you're gonna stop somewhere, this is a good one, they did an awesome job and for those people driving that i5 corridor or on their way to Wildlife Safari, this is a good pit stop for food and just a bit of stretching out of the car. Their bathrooms were spotless, cleaner than most restaurant dining rooms and everything was just, neat, clean, where it was meant to be. We even had a brief conversation with the manager because that day the wildfire smoke was excessive and he was also surprised it had set in so quickly, but taking the time out to table touch, walk your restaurant, is priceless on the part of a leader.

I ordered the fried zucchini and onion rings, both were perfect, came with sauce, didn't have to ask. My daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich that she ranted and raved about also, so there's that. Good food, good hospitality and a quality overall visit at a fast food/fast casual style of eating.

I'd gotten used to being disappointed by Carl's Jr. Regardless of city or state, it never lived up to what they showed on tv.

I'm pleased to say the Green location is consistent, fast, fresh, and the customer service is very good. Everything I've eaten there has been delicious. The management is obviously on point, but the team is hardworking and very friendly. My thanks to this location for not only being dependable, but for restoring my faith in the chain. Great work to the whole team.

Excellent staff here. Always friendly and attentive. My husband and I make some pretty dramatic custom orders here and they get it right (the first time) every time! Food is always hot and fresh. As far as fast food chains go, this is a great location. Get yourself a beyond famous star and load some waffle fries on it 😋

What a gem! We needed a late night dinner on a road trip up I5 and were slightly shocked and totally delighted at how CLEAN and well ran this Carl's Jrs was. The bathrooms smelled amazing, the dining room was spotless and the service and food were the best I've had at a fast food restaurant in years. Well done!

For business I travel between Medford and Roseburg, and often stop at this location. I've been a Carl's Jr. customer for over 40 years now. Love me some of that vanilla shake.
