Bonsai Pet Grafton

I've been going to Megan for more than 10 years and have always been comfortable taking my dogs to her. She's wonderful with them and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend Bonsai Pet.

Bonsai Grafton is fantabulous!!! I can't praise this place enough! Lauri and her staff are THE BEST groomers in Grafton. If you're going anywhere else, you are not getting what you deserve!

Bonsai works with dogs and cats and is patient, kind, compassionate, and professional. Their prices are fair and they treat your fur-babies with the love and respect they deserve.

I've gone other places in Grafton, Mequon, and Milwaukee. I left them all because they couldn't consistently take care of my service dog AND communicate with me honestly. Bonsai has not failed to do both for over 5 years now. That's why I followed them from Saukville to Grafton.

Their consistency, communication, and professionalism keeps me coming back with my service dog -- Sir Buddy. I wouldn't take him anywhere else no matter how dirty, smelly, or messy he gets!

They shaved our cat into a lion cut as we had discussed on the phone.They were very accommodating. I felt our cat Char was safe in their hands. Our cat has fangs and can bite very hard. I warned them ahead of time. They didn't have any issues with him. He came out looking cute and smelling great with no mats left. Char is 14 years old.

Megan is fantastic! I give her 10 stars! I had a major problem with my cocker spaniel having eye issues after every single visit to the groomer (NOT Bonsai) which prompted me to find a new groomer. I found Bonsai Pet and spoke with Megan about the previous issues Duke was experiencing. Megan listened to every concern I had, and she takes extra precautions to make sure his eyes are well taken care of. Ever since Megan started grooming him, Duke has yet to have another eye issue. I give her so many kudos for the effort she puts in to keep him safe. It’s also a huge plus that he always looks so well groomed and handsome after. Can’t praise Megan’s work enough!

Just had my dog groomed here yesterday and she looks amazing. We are so happy we found Bonsai Pet here in Grafton. They do amazing work and they are really nice and friendly. We'll be coming back every 6 weeks. I highly recommend this place.
