Living Spinal

I just started preliminary shopping for a stand up wheelchair. I'd called a couple of places and got here to the kind and patient JP . I asked a bunch of questions and he answered them all and willingly took my info to get back to me on one where he didn't have an answer. Customer service 100% and I didn't spend a dollar yet! I'm going to buy the pegasus 2 from them as soon as I get my measurements Thursday. They aren't cheaper than another company but the customer service is superior and I'll spend my money with them!

The website chat and phone support were great. Sam helped me find the product that would work best for me. It was a better quality product for a lower price and it arrives in three business days. You guys are great! Thank you

I work at a small private school in Alberta, Canada and our new elementary teacher has been going out with his class for recess in the snow. His wheelchair has been getting stuck as he has tried to join them out for sledding. So my principal and I started to look at options to help the teacher be more able to join the students. We looked into Wheelblades and had contacted the company in Germany. They recommended I check out Living Spinal and before I could contact them Sam, the GM, had sent me and email. He very quickly responded to every question I had, was very supportive and made some great recommendations. This was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. We are really looking forward to receiving the products we have ordered and for our teacher to be able to be more mobile in the snow. Thank you Sam and Living Spinal for your care and consideration. Keep up the good work.

At Living Spinal they were a great people to work with. I purchased the WHEELCHAIR Living Spinal basic. It worked and it works just great. At Living Spinal I made sure I had the right equipment and the right wheelchair greader. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great source of information and some useful products. They do dropship some items, like my Permobil SpeedControl. Which means there is no customer support about that product, though they did tell me that calling Permobil usually works better than emailing them. VERY TRUE. Email, no helpful reply. Phone, immediate solution to my problem. So, I dinged them one star for not knowing their products better, but you can't beat the price and they did steer me toward the answers I needed.

Used this website a few times in the past. I decided to look at a firefly on the website, but after reading the reviews decided against purchasing it.

Now since I looked at it on the website, I am getting at least one call a week from them asking if I am still interested in purchasing it. Rather creepy that they know I was looking at the firefly on their site and keep calling to ask me to purchase.

Fast and accurate delivery. Good customer service.
I would have given them five stars but their website is not really user friendly. Took me a long time to find what I was looking for and then order.

After finding I ordered the wrong item, I not only had to pay for the return shipping (and the initial shipping) I'm being charged a 15% restock fee. I'm using Walmart or Amazon from now on

Buying the firefly was a mistake! I bought two battery with my firefly. after one year 1 battery died. a replacement is four hundred forty-five dollars. It can be fun, but 450.00 a year fun???

Worst customer experience ever, horrible customer service.

Ordered a brand new M2x pustracker for 199 $ but what I received was an incomplete, faulty and unassembled pushtracker.

Jenna Moehn from the customer service as well as her supervisor had zero understanding and appreciation for that and insisted that I fix this myself even though I explained numerous times that I cannot perform this fix myself due my limited hand function because of my paralysis (needless to say that it was very inappropriate in the first place to expect the customer who paid the full price for a new and complete product to fix it himself).

Never ever order anything from them. I was appalled by how inconsiderate and ignorant the people from "Living Spinal" were and how little empathy and understanding they showed for customers with spinal cord injuries.

I solved this issue through contacting the manufacturer myself (PERMOBIL) and they were very helpful and fixed this for me, confirming that even for them, able bodied, it was a tough fix and they were stunned about how terribly I was treated by Living Spinal.

From their answer to my complaint you can see how eagerly they try to discredit customers who encountered problems with their service and if they indeed had looked at all other reviews I posted, they would have seen that there are many with 3, 4 and 5 stars for firms with good service but of course they try to focus on the bad ones to make the customer look bad so that they can distract from their shortcomings. Very happy to provide publicly all the phone records to show how inconsiderate and I willing to help and understand they were. Their behavior speaks for itself.
