Copper Rock Coffee

Came on the weekend pretty late in the afternoon and there was absolutely no wait. There were a few people sitting outside and a couple working on computers inside. Large variety of drinks, and they had to drive through. Ordered a few ice drinks to go and they were very good. Coffee house had a nice atmosphere and was very clean.

Think of it as more of a "neighboorhood" vibe compared to the downtown location.
Had a good cafe au lait here.

Wonderful coffee and tea selection. Great lunch time panini’s and soups. Friendly staff. Well staffed. Good rewards program.

Located in a small strip mall in what appears to be a former bank drive thru, Copper Rock doesn’t give off a strong impression from the outside but after this visit, I am super impressed with this lovely coffee shop and it’s very clear that others share that same fondness. They offer a large variety of breakfast and lunch options that go far beyond a normal pastry and coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are generously sized (and tasty!) at very affordable price points. There will likely be a 5-10 minute wait during peak hours as the drive thru line builds up quickly but I say go inside, enjoy the charm and coziness of Copper Rock while you wait and take inventory of their baked goods, packaged treats and eye the menu for your next return because this Appleton gem is worth a return trip. I’ll be back.

This is one of our favorite places in the area! Quick morning beverage or a Sunday brunch. You really can't go wrong here. If you're the type of person that stops at a gas station on your way to work, do yourself a favor. Swing by, get way better food, huge drink selection, much healthier, and you're supporting a small local business! Wins all around! Also, plan to spend a few extra bucks on the impulse buys at the counter. The peanut brittle is worth fighting someone over.

Some of the best chai in the valley. Love the relaxed ambiance to come and get work done or catch up with friends. Great drive through option as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great cup of chai, coffee or other coffee drinks!

Jordan Peters was our barista and what a smile she gave to all customers —not just us. Cafe mocha and cappuccino top notch!!

I’m from New England and it’s hard to find a coffee shop that offers a turtle. So when I walked into Copper Rock I was pleasantly surprised to find a turtle on their menu. Great little coffee shop with friendly staff. And they make a great iced turtle!

Great place for a caffeine fix.

This is a common meeting place with my friends for coffee. Yesterday I gave a menu just to see what was offered for lunch. Very impressive menu. Many Gelato options as well.

Great local coffee shop. They have a great selection of food, which is very tasty, and great coffee. I remember their cold brew was pretty good. Also - GELATO. So yummy! The service is really good too. They are one of the few local coffee shops with a drive-thru which is so convenient. The place is big and has outdoor seating.

I always come back for the same thing every few months when I am in town and it is the Veggie Panini. The coffee was so good and we topped it off with a rhubarb scone. Check out their present ation for serving tea. This place is NUMMY.

I always enjoy coming here, staff is friendly, atmosphere is cozy, only downside is during school year it can get swamped during lunch time. speaking of lunch they have amazing sandwiches!!

Food was very good! My picky father in law loved the club sandwich. Service was a little frustrating. They gave us a table number but the gal delivering our food completely ignored the numbers and served our food to the wrong table.

Delicious lunch!!! We lived in the area 8 yrs ago and Copper Rock was a great coffee shop. My husband and I are in town for a few days, so decided to eat lunch here. Affordable and DELICIOUS! The sandwich was generous, the soup hot and everything from presentation and speed to table was excellent! Highly recommend stopping here for lunch.

Reasonable prices on the "fancy" coffee drinks. I would say avg of $1 less than other branded coffee shops. Flavors are great, not weak. Coffee is smooth, not bitter or acidic.

A friend if mine introduced me to Copper Rock Coffee. He bragged about the lattes. He was right to brag. Copper Rock has a warm vibe. It has everything you'd expect in a coffee shop, including courteous barristas, comfortable seating at tables or on overstuffed chairs, and seemingly endless drink configurations. I wish I lived closer to Appleton.

Loved being able to sit outside in nice weather and enjoy their Little Library. It's awesome they have a drive thru window as well for the times I want coffee but don't want to lug kids into a store

I absolutely love this café! Their drinks and food are so amazing! I got a panini, and it was easily the best one I've ever had. My friend and I were served at our table by a very nice waiter, and our food was done in a reasonable time. The comfy couches and booths in this place are amazing for hanging out or studying. The decor is so unique, they even have photos and paintings by local artists for sale on display! I would most definitely recommend coming to this coffee shop! 10/10!
