Abusive team, bulky, clunky, ugly furniture with 0 resale value. Have zero respect for customers, regardless of how much you spend or how much respect you show to them and their craft. Long lead times with they charge thousands “rush” but will then delay with no explanation, extremely overpriced (probably over 90% margins). Stay away, this is not a legitimate woodworker but a thief who prays on rich peoples insecurities. There are a ton of truly talented people in NYC and M Robbins gives the industry a bad name
