Amazing auto shop!! By far best auto shop I have gone to. Staff is exceptionally friendly. I was broken down with a bad alternator. Called 16+ auto shops in the area, all booked 4 weeks. I explained my situation to auto advisor and they took care of me asap. Was in an out within an hour and a half. Could not recommend a better mechanic shop. 100/10 would recommend

Highly recommend!! Over 150 miles away from home with 3 kids, a wife, and two dogs on a Friday afternoon close to closing time !!! SUV barely made it up the hill to Brian and Diane’s shop . They took us all right in and gave the kids coloring books and drinks as Brian diagnosed transmission issues . Long story short …. We were screwed , there were no car rentals with cars available for us so we could have our car towed back home . Brian came up with a solution he believed would last long enough for us to drive back home to cape cod . I’m extremely happy to say that I’m writing this review from my home all possible due to Brian’s quick thinking and knowledge. Brian and Diane treated us strangers like family THANK YOU BOTH . Highly recommended!!!

My 2016 Buick Encore started to hesitate as I accelerated on 89 in NH, and as that quickly worsened all the warning lights went on. As it would barely chug at 40 mph, I got off at the next exit near Sunapee and stopped to cool it down. Searched for the closest gas station and called- I was so lucky as they suggested Auto Advisers nearby. I called and Dianne answered, she actually sad “… you poor thing..” so nice ! Brian diagnosed faulty spark plug/ ignition coil pack problem.
Although the garage was clearly very busy, Brian called the next afternoon to let me know it was repaired and he’d tested it thoroughly. It’s working perfectly. I highly recommend Auto Advisers, Dianne and Brian will take good care with f you and your car.

Honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient describes my random (and very lucky!) experience with Auto Advisors last week when I was forced to seek emergency repair service during my trip from Boston to Burlington, VT. While driving north on I89 my car suddenly started vibrating strongly. I slowed down and pulled off at the next exit. The local gas/snack station had no auto repair facility, but they kindly directed me to Auto Advisors, which was only 4 miles away. I called Auto Advisors before driving there and they told me they had a brief window of time between customer appointments to look at my car if I could come over right away. They were very pleasant and professional when I arrived. The owner, Brian Kane, was available so he connected my Toyota Highlander to the diagnostic computer and determined one of my cylinders was misfiring, which created the engine vibration. He replaced the coil to the failing cylinder which completely fixed the problem. He took my car on a thorough test drive and final diagnostics before giving it back to me. He also advised that my spark plugs needed replacing, which I took care of when I got back home.
Auto Advisors really saved the day for me. And their repair fee was totally reasonable. Auto Advisors would definitely be my go-to auto maintenance shop if I lived near them.

Amazing customer service and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The best experience I’ve ever had with a car issue. They even took the initiative to contact the right people at the nearby dealership a few days ago to get my car back on the road in no time!!!!! Thank you!

Small fender bender and called Brian. He immediately brought me in, reattached the muffler that had fallen down and did it all refusing any payment! Saved my vacation and I just wish I lived here and not in Maine so I could have him as my mechanic going forwards! Thank you again Brian!!!

My windshield wiper snapped off on the highway during a huge rainstorm while driving five hours home from college. I drove blind to the nearest auto repair shop on google maps and I received excellent service here! After calling ahead I received great reassurance over the phone as well as great service in person. I was back on the road in ten minutes. Highly recommend.

AMAZING PEOPLE!! Needed a tow and a new tire and they went the extra mile to make sure we got the right tire at a good price and did it all within hours. We appreciated the kindness they showed us. We were on our way within no time and the disaster that could have set us back a day or two only took a few hours. We are very grateful to have come across such nice and knowledgeable people! I am very, very appreciative of Auto Advisors! Yesterday, I started to drive to work, and my car began to shimmy and make loud knocking sounds. I quickly returned home and called the dealership where I had purchased the car 8 days earlier. I explained that I didn't think it was safe to drive, but was told it couldn't be seen until the end of the week because the appointment book was full.

Auto Advisors came highly recommended by a neighbor, so we called them. Not only did Brian take the car in immediately, he figured out that the lug nuts, which had only been hand-tightened, had become loose and damaged the rim. He called the dealership to, basically, inform them of their error. After tightening the lugs nuts to make it safe to drive the distance, Brian arranged for me to be a priority at the dealership and to be seen by the Service Manager there. I drove up, was seen right away, and all parts and services to fix the problem were provided free of charge. I also got multiple apologies from the dealership.

After all of this, Brian did not charge me for any of what he did for me. My husband and I are now big fans and new customers going forward!

Dianne and Brian are awesome. Great members of their community and run a very straightforward business. I own an Audi that is my baby and I am over protective of, wife hates it. They are the only shop I will bring it to for any maintenance, even an oil change. Very courteous and accommodating, already suggested them to a few people.

I would strongly recommend Auto Advisors to anyone looking for a good garage to service their vehicle. Diane in the office was very friendly and Brian in the shop was highly knowledgeable. My truck broke down on 89 and they took it right in no problem and fixed it promptly so I could make it back to Maine on schedule. Great communication and honest service! Thanks!

I've been around a long time and had my share of customer service experiences, both good and bad. Auto Advisors in Springfield ranks as one of the best. They are some of the finest technicians and generally nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Seriously, first-class technicians who will solve your problems, not simply replace parts. They genuinely care for both you and your car! Make them your shop.

We were so fortunate to have Auto Advisors repairing our car. We broke down in Springfield in a very cold batch of weather and were towed to Auto Advisors. Their help went beyond that of a normal car repair. They fixed our car and sent us on our way in under 24 hours. Thank you, thank you!!!

We had car trouble on the highway a couple hours from home. They were very generous with their time and really helped us out. We were lucky to find them!!

My daughter broke down in Maine 4th of July weekend and was towed to Port City Nissan in Portsmouth. We were quoted $3,600 for a new clutch as well as other items. I called Brian for advice and he graciously called back during the holiday weekend. After a lengthy discussion of educating me of the possibilities, I had the car towed to him. Bottom line, car did not need all of the work that the dealership said, a pivot bolt had broken causing the clutch to disengage. Brian saved us thousands and I know it is safe for my daughter. When you are at the mercy of experts- trusting that person is so important.

Maintence service is thorough, detailed and well documented using technology efficiently and effectively. NH State inspection is also thorough. It gives me a safe feeling to drive my car.
