The service provided by Al's was too good to go unnoticed. After a weekend spent with a broken boat, we went to Al's looking for a set of muffs in hopes to get it fired up at our house. The woman who helped me said she had just sold her last pair and wouldn't be getting another shipment until the following day. After listening to my sap story about how sad we were to have a broken boat, she proceeded to go out back for what seemed like forever and I could hear clanging around trying her absolute hardest to find what we needed. She then came out with a set of used muffs and offered to sell them to us for about 75% below the original price because they had a tiny scratch on them! She didn't have to do that, but she did because she knew how important it was to us! That to me is beyond miraculous service. I had never been to Al's prior to this, but I plan to only go there in the future!

This place has been great for myself these last two week my saving grace I got ski pants last week and today I got my boots all ready to surprise my little girl who been skiing at LV for the last few weeks. Can't wait thank you both so very much.
