Probably one of the nicest, most efficient McDonald's I have ever been in, staff is courteous, food was made fast, was hot when it got to the table, store is clean, staff all working fast and efficiently. Will definitely be the store I choose again

my daughter went to pick up some food, and they forgot 2 dbl ch/burgers! i called up there and talked to a real nice lady and they made it right and were very helpful! the staff there were very sweet and caring! and the mrg even came outside to see our fur baby and said sorry to our fur babies for forgetting their yum yum burgers! ❤ thank you for your kind words and taking care of our food order!

I went through thebdrive thru during breakfast rush and was back on my drive in under 5. Great service and the food was good.

Very friendly and courteous my order got messed up and when I called they got it fixed that same day

Awesome food finally they got workers that know what they ate doing its come a long way.

This is such an amazing place to come in sit down and eat! The staff are so amazing! They treat everyone with respect and some of them will even come and talk to you while your eating to make sure you are enjoying your meal!

A pretty good drive through experience. Very short line and wait, friendly staff, accurate order and hot food.

After going to 3 different fast food places that denied me cus I was using big bills, McDonald's let me make my small order using big bills cus it's all I have I don't use a bank so no bank card, literally was just gonna grab a free sammich from my points but they let me place a second order and changed my big bill. So thank you for this rare McDonald's W, I literally wouldn't have been able to eat til I got home from work and bought stuff from Walmart which I'm gonna do anyway but at least I won't be freaking starving now.

Honestly yall I meant to call later that evening to let your management know...you guys have been the best McDonald's experience we have had in a very very long time! We ordered 12 McDoubles and 12 McChickens, at dinner rush around 530pm at that! It was hot, fresh, cooked well (I can say that having been a manager at McDonald's previously!) Even the manager who brought it out was very polite as I apologized about our order and timing! So, thank you. Thank you for being a great experience for us in a long string of bad ones. Keep up the great work guys!

They’re always so nice and the food is always good

Went to this location today around lunch time. Drive thru was pretty fully but moving very quickly! Nancy and Lala were doing a great job getting orders and moving people on up the line. And friendly! Didn’t have to wait long at all. Food was tasty and fresh.

This place is great! Love that it has made quite the turn around! If they mess up, they are quick to make it right! They care about every customer!

I prefer their breakfast over their lunch menu. But I do love their double cheeseburger and the fries.

Nancy Front counter an drive thru, I have been several time an this young lady has went above an beyond her job, very hard worker always has a smile, and goes an extra mile to make sure I’m fully satisfied, we need more Nancy’s at McDonald’s, she deserves to be recognized an a raise amazing work! Way to go at do such a great job an making sure everyone leave satisfied.

Out of the many ones we go to as a larger family this one ALWAYS gets our orders right food is fresh and people are friendly and quick to help with questions even when they are very busy which is hard to find at a lot of locations

We went to the Harrah McDonald's on Feb 3, 2016, around 11:30 am. The service was quick, friendly, and we were made to feel appreciated for choosing to come in there. The food was done exactly as we ordered it, with absolutely no problems.

We have had issues at this McDonald's in the past (when using the drive through) in the afternoons, but it appears as though they've gotten things turned around. We will be coming back. Thanks to the mid-morning crew for such a pleasant experience!

Got a frozen dr pepper it was so good they also have frozen cola and fanta and for a buck sixty nine each not bad made it that much sweeter and the price is for all sise frozen drinks like cola dr pepper fanta its only 1.69 for any size enjoy

Good food and the service here is very good. They rarely mess up my orders at this location. This is the reason I always come here. Everything was hot and they even cooked some fresh French fries for me. They even gave me a free large soft drink to thank me for waiting patiently. The staff was Berri friendly and made sure my order was correct.

The girl at the drive thru register greeted me with the friendliest attitude, she turned my day around!

Caramel frappes were good and lots of caramel
