Dr Frankel graciously and quickly replaced a missing screw from my wife’s glasses at no charge. Very pleased with his service. Note that his office is now 3307 New Jersey Ave. just a few stores down from previous address in same strip Mall.

What a wonderful experience!! My daughter was down to one contact lense with no way to get home to her eye doctor to get a new prescription. They went out of their way to see her right away when no one else would. The were so nice and the technology he uses is amazing! I can’t recommend this doctor enough!! I live in Philly but spend my summers down the shore and to be honest I am thinking he will be my entire family’s new eye doctor!! We will make sure to make our annual exams are during the summer 😊

Dr. Frankel at Atlantic Cape Eye Care provided great care! He was thorough and very knowledgeable on options for my eye care- contact lenses and glasses. He recently left a Chain store at the Hamilton Mall to go back into private practice. He has great experience in the field. I would recommend him!

Dr. Frankel was the *only* Optometrist patient enough to work with my Autistic twins. They both can see well with their new glasses-And enjoyed playing with the toy cars in the waiting room. We highly recommend Dr. Frankel and would recommend anyone to see him!

.....Worth the trip from Margate! I had my eyes examined with Dr. Frankel when he was up the road-My wife's benefits were about to run out, so we took the trip to see the Doc. He goes above and beyond, which is why we like him so much and we'll continue to visit him-As well as refer our family and our friends! Good luck on your new practice, Doc-Although we suspect you won't need it once the word gets out!

Dr. Richard Frankel is an amazing optometrist! He works with your schedule unlike the big chains. They went out of their way to get me in for an exam with my crazy work schedule and my glasses are amazing!! Thank you guys!♡

My son hit his eye on a boat windshield on memorial day. We called the office the next morning and was able to see the doctor immediately. He was professional and kind with my 6 year old. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommend this practice

Dr. Frankel is an excellent eye dr. Always pleasant and professional. We drive almost an hour to see him but it's worth it! Great staff.

Had a wonderful experience, and who can say that for an eye doctor lol? The office is up to date with all of the latest technology and the doctor is super knowledgeable! I went while on vacation, but I will be making this office my primary eye doctor.

Dr. Frankel is not only a very good optometrist but he is also very
understanding and concerned about providing the patient the best possible solution to improve the patient's sight. He works very hard to get the best result.

Dr. Frankel came in when the office was closed just to get me an eye exam and some contacts since I’m from out of town and had lost my glasses. Very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Would 100% recommend to anyone in this area.

Great service and people

Dr. Frankel is a great doctor but it’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I’ve been calling for two weeks now with no luck and no one gets back to me. Meanwhile it’s been four weeks I’ve been waiting for my glasses. Never had an issue until now. At least respond.

Nice doctor but my husband’s & I’s experience was terrible. I waited about two months for my contacts. Even when I called for an update, the receptionist (Dr. Frankel’s wife) would never call back. When I got my contacts I was never told which box is for which eye. My husband got contacts for both eyes with the SAME prescription even though he was told otherwise by the Dr., that he had a stronger prescription on the right eye. We never even bothered getting that fixed by them since we do not want to deal with more mistakes. Now we have to see another eye doctor and spend more money to make sure we get the right prescription for both of us.
