Alpha Mobile Mechanic Service

I spoke with Margaret over the phone and she was very pleasant and told us an estimate before James, the mechanic, came to us. James showed up within 30 minutes and was very professional and friendly and helped us fix our issue (coolant related) very quickly. From the initial call to James finishing up, we were good to go in just over one hour!

Alpha Mobile was great! Responsive, communicative, fair, and professional. James had my trailer wheel replaced like a pit crewman, and I was on my way.

I got my self in a jam with 2 blow outs on my trailer with only a single spare. Its late on a Saturday evening and everything just closed until Monday. Alpha mobil was there for the rescue. James was my mobil tech and he was there in less than 30 mins with a 2nd tire and got me rolling again. Thank you for responding to my call and getting me rolling again. Awesome job.

Great and fast service!
We were driving through town and my Truck cooling hose connection Tee cranked we had the truck towed to Grants, New Mexico call this mobile service James had to drive to Albuquerque and back with the part installed it make sure was running properly, we hit the road same day.
We are from Houston Texas so we’re not even close to home this is the worst thing that can happen on the road but I’m glad we found them!

Amazing Service! My son was driving from Arkansas to Phoenix when he ran into trouble right near Grants. It was a Sunday afternoon, so when he called me, I was not very optimistic. I contacted Alpha and was put at ease with their great Customer Service! They are upfront with pricing, kept me in the loop along with working directly with my son. Ended up just needing his transmission filter and fluid changed out. Made it to Arizona no problem! From the minute he called me to the time he was back on the road was only 3 hours…that included the time it took for me to figure out where he even was and what we should do. Amazing!!!!

My duel line broke and James came out got the part and fixed it really fast! Definitely is top of the line service!

Our truck broke down in New Mexico again. Glad I had their number saved in my phone. Truck was over heating and belt broke which damaged the radiator and all that good stuff. AMMS came out, gave me an estimate and the parts that I needed. They ordered the parts and I paid. Finished everything within a day and got my truck up and running again. Definitely a quality mechanic.

My car erupted in loud banging and roaring that I thought was a flat tire. I was going 75 mph on I-40 and pulled to shoulder. Wasn't a tire it turned out my driveshaft support bearing had destroyed itself.
I got AAA to tow me about 35 miles to a hotel in Grants New Mexico but it was too late to call anyone so I waited till (Saturday) morning.
I called multiple places and left messages that were not returned so I tried these guys and BAM!!! my luck changed.
Technician was at my hotel less than 45 minutes after speaking with them. The next problem was the closest place that had the part was 62 miles away so they made arrangements to pick it up which was great cause there was no rental car company in town.
So they were responsive and professional and by 4:30 Saturday my car is repaired and I am able to continue my drive cross country.
So approximately 6 hours after I called them on a Saturday morning they inspected car then picked up a part that consumed 2 hours of travel and repaired my car.
The amazing part on top of nice people and good service is it probably cost the same as if I took it in to a mechanic near my home. They knew I was desperate, they knew I had limited choices and they raised my car and performed all the service in my hotel parking lot and treated me fairly.
I never want to break down again but if I do I sure hope its right here.
