The greatest customer service I've ever experienced when dealing with cell phones, or probably anything else for that matter. Daniel (aka George Harrison) was absolutely fantastic and helped my wife and I with both Internet and phone issues when we stopped in person on consecutive days. He takes the time with you to go over everything so you understand it, which is especially appreciated for people like us, who are not overly technical. We are now T-Mobile customers for life, mostly thanks to Daniel.

Xander is literally a god sent! Him and another helped me through the craziness that was this warranty replacement lols. They stayed after hours, on multiple phone calls to figure out how to fix my issue. I appreciate them soooooo much!! The other employee didn't have a name tag on and I forgot to ask his name, but seriously, you guys are epic and deserve nothing but respect in the company!!!!! They made sure I went on my way with a working home internet device! Not easy since I am a trucker and it would be difficult for me to come back to the store to pick up a new one. They made it happen!! Best experience ever! Maybe not for them lols but I appreciate them like crazy ♡ Thank you!

I have spent a lot of time at the t-Mobil store in cedar and most of it was wondering if anyone was ever going to help me. I finally went to the store in Washington and they were very good at letting us know how long the wait was and when they did get to us the reps (Sam and Jaxon)really knew their stuff. To me it is worth it to travel all that way just to get some actual help. Good job guys!!

Great service today from Xander. I had a fairly complicated business account set of things we needed help with and he sorted it out quickly after getting all my communication & clearly letting me know all the options. Then he did all the annoying work for me. Thank you!

My husband and I are very happy with T-Mobile and Sam, the tech who helped us switch to I-Phones. T-Mobile still lets you come into the store for face-to-face service during the pandemic----wearing masks and keeping distance, of course, for safety. This was important to us because we were new to I-phones and had a lot of questions, which Sam answered clearly. T-Mobile had the best deals for us, where we could both get half-off new SE models--PLUS--they had a great plan for seniors where we got unlimited talk, text and data for less than we were paying before! But the real treat was working with Sam to get everything set up. Usually this is a chore but Sam knows what he is doing and saved me time and trouble with a couple of work-arounds. He was conscientious in getting me all possible discounts, and because he is so friendly, smart and savvy, he was just enjoyable to talk to. If you're looking for a good cellphone deal, check out T-mobile, and if you can, I highly recommend talking to Sam in the Pineview Plaza store!

Matthew needs a raise! I had an impossible situation that I needed help with. Matthew went above and beyond to help solve the problem. He even stayed after closing to help me. I have always liked t-mobile but it's really their employees and customer service that have made us stay with t mobile for so long. Thanks Matthew.

I was very confussed about my problem when i came into T-Mobile. I was lucky enough to have Bailey as my customer rep. He helped me out with all of my concerns . He was not only kind but very knowledgeable. Very good representative for tmobile.

Mckenzie was awesome, she knew her stuff and we were able to get a great deal and save more money then expected, if your thinking of going to T-Mobile and or need help get in on a day she’s working!

We came in 30 minutes till close and they helped us with everything! Excellent customer service. We were there for over an hour and they were so willing to help us switch over our phones. We appreciate them so much for helping us so late and even after they were closed!

The staff at this store is always very helpful. My warranty was put in and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Bought my wife a new phone here a few weeks ago and the service was great.
