Something about Waffle House always makes you feel comfortable when eating there. Food always comes out lightning fast. Staff were friendly and for 5 am lively and ready. Always recommend Waffle House to anyone

Stopped for Christmas dinner while traveling and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The entire staff was polite, upbeat and fun to be around. They were very busy but kept up and kept smiling, it was a great choice to stop.

I’m not sure if there’s a difference in shift, but our experience this morning was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were kind and friendly. I told them I’d leave a google review and the staff wanted a picture, so here they are!

The staff is awesome and I love the food. Greatest end to a night of boozing and equally great cure the morning after. The bathroom is the equivalent of a truck stop dump station but who is going to the Waffle House for the ambiance of their pee-pee poo-poo rooms.

Warm welcome, friendly staff, convenient location and good food. We went this place for the first time. There was a person to direct a table with warm greeting. Really nice staff, friendly customers and travelers make me go back this place again.

Food was A-1, service was great and the cook was awesome knocking out orders quickly.

I frequent Waffle Houses all over the eastern US. It's always a pleasant experience. I always get the same thing: a double order of scattered, smothered, covered and chunked, well. That's hash browns scattered on the grill, covered with cheese, smothered with onions, embellished with chunks of ham, and fried to an extra level of brown crispness. If you don't tell the waitress "well" yours won't be as brown as mine. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and they gave me a generous veteran's discount. I recommend this restaurant and will eat there again when in Brookville, Ohio.
PS: on this particular occasion I didn't get onions, because I was attending a social event and wanted people to keep liking me.

I love stopping at Waffle House when I am traveling. The ladies at the Brookville Waffle House were friendly and efficient.

Waffle House is a great place to eat if you don't want to spend a lot of time, yet still need real food, not fast food. Quick service, friendly staff, and fair prices are what made this place a 5 star experience!

They were at max capacity! After getting a seat our order was out in record time. Our waitress Adeline was perfect, she was quick to serve without hovering. Only recommended improvement would be waiting area when all seats are full, it's awkward standing in people's path as they exit.

(1st visit)Waffles were so cold the butter didn't melt. Scrambled eggs were almost burnt but the hash browns were hardly cooked. We never did get a bill until we got up to leave and went to the cash register. Our table and 3 other customers in the entire store. Just really no excuses. Employees were too busy talking to each other.

Very tasty food, very helpful and friendly employees. Very clean everything and with social distancing.

We had an awesome waitress and the food was delicious!

We got the true "Waffle House experience" today. One employee named Echo apparently quit and didn't tell anybody. Another 2 employees got snippy with each other when one told the other to "Lose the attitude" the other said " well, don't come to work hungover " . Dropped plates, Misplaced bacon, a broken soda machine that could only produce Mr. Pibb. It was a great experience and I'm not being sarcastic. Our server Barb couldn't have been nicer and the food was great. I will definitely be back.

I love Waffle Houses. I love their scrambled eggs with cheese and grilled onions... And I am known for hating eggs! Their pecan waffles are downright dangerous - just delicious.

Staff are very friendly ,food tastes very good and always cooked right.

I visited Waffle House today. It was a bit busy as you would expect. We got seated and our server was very professional and quickly got me coffee and took my order. Her name was Lisa and by far the best Waffle House server that I have had. Her customer service was excellent and she refilled our drinks when they were out. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my food. If you are looking for a quick and positive breakfast experience I higher recommend this Waffle House in Brookville Ohio. Ask for Lisa if you want the best server!
