My husband ALWAYS orders xtra xtra xtra xtra onion on his roast beef sandwiches.... we never received it until last night! I even told them I'd pay for it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was around 9pm in the drive thru. Thanks night crew for making my husband's day after his surgery!! We will be back!

The food is always good every time. I've only had an issue with the shake machine being down once in about seven months..

It's was good. Jessica Wood waited on us and she was wonderful.

I've heard some horror stories, but I've never experienced anything but delicious food and fantastic service at this location.

This Arby's was one of the only food places open after our whole town and surrounding area lost power for several hours. A+ for the dedication to stick it through and reopen when the power came back!

Their customer service is great at night. Listen, if they are out of something, don't lose your cool just pick something else. They were wonderful, as I gave them a hard time (jokingly) about them running out of beef. Life is not that serious, folks. Get something else, and be happy you are able to get anything at all. The manager was also great, and I will say, their chicken and turkey were tastier options.

First time in a long time since I had been here. Very nice inside, they had done a remodel since last time I was there. Very nice. Stephanie was my counter person, she was very helpful in explaining the Smoked Short Rib. Was in nd out in under 10 minutes. Could have been less if I hadn't asked so many questions.

The Fish Sandwich was a really good pick for lunch today ! Husband and I out running errands needed a quick bite to eat, always heard good things from my friend's about their fish and we finally tried it. We will definitely try it again before it goes away until next year during lent. ❤

Food is always good. Store & restrooms are always clean. But more important is the service & the attitude. Their manager, Kim Is always pleasant and The entire staff has an upbeat attitude. 👍🏻👍🏻

The remodeled store definitely gives this Arby's a sharp new-age contemporary vibe and the food is as good as ever. In a mood for something light the turkey bacon ranch is a delish market sandwich and it's even better as a wrap! feeling a little more hearty in your hunger the smokehouse burgers are all top notch. wanna spice up your meal Arby's signature 3 pepper sauce packs the kick you crave. love this restaurant.

Love Greencastle Arby's! It has a great atmosphere! I miss working there, was a shift manager there and worked there for 5 years before being let go for excessive LOA from accident. Miss the team, and all of our regulars.

Great food really missed eating here. Got the Buffalo slider was so good went back and got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and got 4 of them really good food and great customer service Kim was absolutely great at helping the other employees thank you guys for your customer service!

Went in for quick large fries to fight a craving I had. 😋 delicious

Remodel looks great! Love the changes to the roast beef and Swiss! The aue ju is much better thickened up a little bit and the bread is much better.

This Arbys #7114 has the best cashier this morning Shianna. Hope they treat her right and pay her well cuz she is amazing and super friendly! :-) wish I lived closer to this one
