Holiday Inn Express Cloverdale (Greencastle), an IHG Hotel

Nursed a hangover after attending a wedding in town. Very comfortable and friendly experience. I couldn't find an uber out, but hotel staff helped me find a ride to where I needed to go.

Love this place! They even provide big bottles of the whole dove line! I have NEVER seen that in a hotel. Employees are nice and the hotel is clean. I will definitely return if I come back to Indiana!

One of the best Holiday Inn hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying overnight. The hotel was very clean, had amazing breakfast choices, and the amenities were on point. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a really nice hotel keep in mind it is an older hotel but very clean very friendly staff superior customer service from Brooke, Haley and travis🥰 they have a huge breakfast spread fresh and hot everything from cereal and fruit to inlets bacon sausage waffles bagels yogurt and muffins ❤ great job guys keep up the good work ❤🥰

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. Our bed was sooooo comfortable, the free Continental Breakfast was one of the best Ive had. Very nice and pleasant staff too. Thank you

The staff at this hotel rocks! They were beyond accommodating. I came in with a back injury and one of the employees even had a wheelchair which made it easier for me to get to my room. I’m beyond thankful for Matt and the other employees. You made my birthday a little less painful! Thank you again!

Me,my husband and our 6year old have stayed the past two nights now and have been thrilled with everything. Matt is amazing and just makes u smile. He deserves a raise for sure. When we checked in we had a small hiccup with the booking but Matt stepped in and fixed it within a minute! The cleaning staff make sure to keep the rooms clean. When walking through the halls just being able to see the warm smiles on the staffs faces and the kind words just makes the experience even more special. The pool and hot tub are just an extra bonus. This was a great experience for us and hope to come back soon!

My biggest complaint is their jacked up parking lot. They have a big lot in the back to accommodate trucks and trailers, yet everyone parks their trailer at the front. I came around the corner to find a spot at night and the edge of their black drops straight off atleast a foot. Almost bottomed out the rental truck I had. Poor layout.

Other than that stay was as expected, clean comfortable rooms and professional staff. Nice convenient spot off highway

Great place and super kind staff! Michael (night staff) was super kind and patient as we rolled in at midnight - ish. He was understanding, even though the entire hotel was full (our room was the last one that was reserved but not occupied yet). The breakfast buffet was AWESOME and the lady working it, was SO nice and asked if we (wife/kids) needed anything else...SUCH a delightful place! Beds and shower was GREAT!

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are also comfortable. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Bathroom had dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion & soap. Breakfast was great. Full hot breakfast & coffee/tea bar. My kids loved the cinnamon rolls that were also hot. Nice complimentary to go boxes to take your breakfast back to your room or plenty of room for your family to sit. We will stay again!

I’m at the 2 month mark here at Holiday Inn Express. I’d like to give a special shout out to the people that have gone out of the way to help me when needed. Joe is awesome and can fix anything as well as Eddie. Rolland keeps the coffee hot and fresh with my insane schedule. Theresa will grab you anything you need for the room, on or off the clock. Mark keeps the cookies fresh and plentiful. Aily gets my mail to me as soon as she gets it. Ethan makes sure you have a smooth morning if Rolland is off that day. Of course the ring leader, Christina makes sure I smile everyday. I can’t forget Kara in housekeeping. If you need it?! She’s got you covered. I’m enjoying my time here with all of the staff thus far.

Great quick stay for my pass through the city. Plenty of parking for big rigs, RVs, or small vehicle. Hot breakfast options were excellent bonus and plenty to pick from. Cinnamon rolls are extremely satisfying! Omelets + salsa are great touch. No more bacon when I ate but thats most likely cause everyone grabbed it earlier (rolled out of bed at 9:20am). Breakfast runs from 7-9:30 and weekends until 10am. Staff are very friendly and professional. Keep up the great service guys!

We stayed one night in Cloverdale Holiday Inn Express Everything was great. Our Breakfast cook Travis was exceptional. He was always refilling things, wiping off things and all the while asking everyone how things were and I went to throw away my plate and he politely took it from me and disposed of it. Wish they had more people like him who actually care about the people. We stayed in room 125 February8-9. The name was under Roger Ledoux. Thank you Travis.

We stay at this pet friendly hotel 4-6 times per year as our mid way point from Canada to the south. Always have a great experience; clean, friendly, helpful! Most recently, Ethan found me a fridge as our room didn't have one in place at the time of check in. Matt and Brian and Tyler all very helpful with booking and checking in/out. We will continue to use this hotel for our annual trips south.

Matt and the lady working the desk are so helpful, kind and respectful. I am a Diamond Elite member with high expectations every time I walk into a Holiday Inn. I want my room to be as clean as my home, and Matt personally made sure that I would have a great night. I will definitely stay here again. If I owned a Holiday Inn, Matt would be my go to man and manager.

We were looking for a break from driving and this hotel was way better than expected. Modern, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff, indoor pool, free breakfast and so on. No complaints at all, definitely doesn't deserve a 2 star hotel rating.

The rooms are EXTREMELY clean. The staff are beyond friendly! The pool and hot tub are the cleanest of anywhere I've ever stayed. You need an extra blanket or towel? BOOM. It's there in less than 5 minutes. And most of all? The manager Shane Short? Makes you feel at home the SECOND you walk through the door. Every staff member I mentioned about Shane? Literally RAVED about him. His staff adores him. I am in love with this hotel. It gets my vote, for hotel of the year😊

Out stay at this hotel was excellent! The whole facility was super clean. Our room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The pool and hot tub were great. Checking in and out was a breeze. And the staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and were super friendly. I definitely recommend staying here.

Holiday Inn Express at Cloverdale is a modern and great place to stay. We came for a birthday getaway and visited nearby Catatract Falls. found NO signs of bedbugs for which I always check, before bringing anything into a hotel room these days. Our room was clean, quiet, and smelled very fresh. The hot breakfast was more than adequate and with several protein choices and fresh fruit which are important to me. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend or stay here again if in the area.

Came here during a 6 day power outage in my community. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I wish the pool hadn't of been closed. It was the reason I ultimately chose this hotel.
