Wayne was able to diagnose and fix what 3 other computer technicians couldn’t. From our first appointment, he impressed me as being very intelligent and knowledgeable. His rates are reasonable. I would never use anyone else again.

I have been a customer of the Nerd For many years. He is always courteous and helpful. He is a very knowledgeable person in his field, far above the run of the mill computer fixer. He has taught me how to get the best machine and the best from it far above the need to just fix my stuff.

After spending over an hour on the phone with another tech company and another 1/2 with HP who wanted to charge me $100 to fix my issue Nerds walked me through it over the phone in 10 min! They have a new customer for life!

I'm pretty sure the expertise at Nerds is good. But I will most likely never know. I cannot get them to answer the phone or to return phone messages.

Tried to contact them through their website and got no response. Left a video mail... No response.
Called again and got a man on the phone. They are booked out for 2 weeks with corporate customers so he had very little

interest

I went in and ask for help with an HP. I explained what the prprobl was. He said well you got the wrong disk because you dont know what the hell you're doing. Horrible customer service. Regardless of whether I knew what I was doing or not, there's no reason to talk to a lady like that who was there obviously seeking help. As someone who works in the customer service you might want to step it up a notch.

Rude, rude. Too busy. Indicates corporate accounts are valued. Not a little guy with a laptop. Told me to go somewhere else.
