My request, referrals, prescription are all taken care of promptly.

APN Danelle Lyn Jackson was as good, forthcoming, sharing and thorough as any Doctors or Nurses I have ever had on the 1-17-24 & 3-19-24. I wish you could keep them longer. I know she’s leaving like the past traveling NP Liban Osman it was also great for the same reasons-thank you all this first quarter 2014 everything‘s really good for me thank you Jesus and thanks to you all at North country for all the checking and Helping

I have found the doctor I like and can trust here at NCHC. The office runs efficiently AND everyone is smiling and friendly. They have an in-house lab which means I don't have to go anywhere else for this service. Try it here, you'll like it!

Had to wait a bit before NP came in to room but I really liked her, she was easy to talk to, and hope she stays the NP I will always get when visiting this office.

The front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest but once we got past the front everyone was very nice. Dr. Bronni was amazing as well as the nurse that got our history and gave shots.

I've always had a good experience with your staff and doctors, I wish they'd stay though.

I have taken my kids to North Country since 2008 when we first moved to Havasu. At this visit like every other visit Dr. Colleen, Gale, and all the other staff that assisted us at this visit did an amazing job. Dr. Colleen is very patient and genuinely cares for her patients. She takes the time to listen to both the parent and child. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else. North Country goes above and beyond in providing quality care.

Dr Ashley was very thorough and took time to listen. Staff was very pleasant and having a in house lab was very convenient.

Dr savage is always great with my son when we come there and the front desk ladies are always nice and helpful!

Recently I saw Renee Nelson and Ashley Powell both are absolutely excellent providers. I have been at North Country for years and I think they are the best two providers that I've ever had. I would especially like to commend Ashley for how thorough she is when addressing all of my many Healthcare concerns. She is really excellent, very efficient and doesn't leave things out. If she says she will call in a prescription for you it's done that day if not within 30 minutes of your visit to the office. She's pretty wonderful I'm glad I had an opportunity to tell you about her. Renee I've been seeing for quite some time and she is extremely helpful. I have bipolar disorder and she is an excellent support person for me as is Michael. I have never really had such an exceptional team taking care of me before. I just wish we had the necessary Professionals in Havasu for treating my conditions that I could be referred to when I need other kinds of care. Thank you for sending me the questionnaire I appreciate that you want to know how your staff is doing and I am very happy with how your staff is doing.

I never have to wait long saw a new person Danielle Jackson she was awesome I really liked her. Got a call the next day for RX refills everything was there. So far I have never had a bad experience.

As always the experience was amazing. The staff are always helpful. Dr. Colleen speaks directly to my daughter which I adore. She takes the time to get to know my daughter and is very professional the entire visit.

Jennifer got me in earlier than expected, which was amazing!!! Short wait time, excellent visit with Danelle Jackson. She exceeded all my expectations and met my needs with professionalism and kindness!!!

I love my Doctor, she is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I am always happy to know each time I go in I will get answers, or get a referral for the answers needed for my health condition.
The nurses and staff are also also very kind and make you feel at ease.
