Love how big the store is, a lot bigger than the one in montana. Great selection of foods.

Albertsons has the best produce selection in Lake Havasu and it's always fresh. I live on the opposite end of town and I will go out of my way to shop here. All the employees in all departments are super friendly and helpful! I'll sometimes snag a Starbucks to treat myself while I shop. Download the app, it's very useful and start accumulating your shopping points.. you can use the points as cash towards your bill, use it for comp'd grocery items or gas reward points for Chevron. I like using the cash rewards because it doesn't take long for me to rack them up and next thing I know, I have $20 off my bill 😎 customer service desk is really friendly and accommodating. Thank you Albertsons!

I don't know why the bags are always to a minimum. I always (ALWAYS!) have to ask to put some bags. I just want to scan my items and leave. Please don't tell me to just use regular check out cashier. I can't stand for long even if there's only a few people line up before me.

The app is a God send with a family of 4! We get deals on name brands at discount store prices! Aways a clean store good meats, veggies & fruit

THERE IS A NICE Starbucks

Having lived near the coast much of my life I can really appreciate the quality of great seafood that Albertsons offers, best in town not even close.

Donna (the seafood manager" always has a warm welcome whenever a cheery voice in the morning along with tips for preparation and cooking.

A great grocery shopping experience and a super helpful & nice evening/night manager!
Plus, their pharmacy beats the pants off every other one I've tried in Havasu. (And I tried the customary chain ones first.)
Albertson's Pharmacy has never messed around with my ins, over-charged me, (then had to issue refund cks repeatedly), nor gotten my RXs screwed up &/or delayed.
Keep up the great job Albertson's!

Good Fried Chicken and moist cakes come to mind when I think of Albertsons. The fried chicken and tortilla chips are made fresh daily. If alcohol is your thing, they have great buys on liquor when you purchase multiples. For example, I bought 4 bottles of Ketel One for $17ea. Malibu for about $9. They will have good sales throughout the year too. The restrooms are clean, there's plenty of handicap parking and the employees are friendly. The deli Dept can get busy around dinner time, if you want a large order of fried chicken, call ahead. Try their Hatch green Chile queso dip, it is mucho bueno. I added a pic of it for you. I ate the chicken before I could take a pic, sorry not sorry. Enjoy.

I returned some items to the Customer Care Department. I'd ordered some groceries online and they were substituted although I had specifically asked for no substitutions. I asked the young man if I could return the items. He seemed confused with the matter. He walked around for a bit, obviously contacting someone about the matter. While he was doing this, he mentioned that I would have to go to another department, that he wasn't going to be able to do it at his dept. I was beginning to feel as though I had done something wrong. Finally, a lady came up to me with a beautiful, cheerful smile and asked me what she could do for me. I explained my situation to her and she assured me that it would be no problem, that she would take care of it and that the price of the items would be refunded with no problem. I think that stores should place employees where they would be knowledgeable.

Always great. Helpful staff, Ted in the meat department is the best! Only complaint is there's often not enough cashiers, but even with that, the lines move quickly.

Best grocery store around. Very courteous employees and great selection of items. The meat department has a Hispanic man that is the best!! He is always happy to see us and very helpful and friendly. Love this Albertsons

First time in LHC and visited Albertsons at Mcculloch blvd N. Very nice, neat and well spread store with reasonable prices on all groceries. Weekly specials are very good bargains

Used the self check out lane and got stuck as the machine did not recognize my used Id. Tom is the guy who is looking after the sled check out terminals came and helped me.

Tom is not only very professional and friendly but also tech savvy and knows the issues customers face at these self check outs.
Thanks Tom. Guys like you make the store a special one

Favorite grocery store in town, plus next to Goodwill.
There is a lady called Angel or something like that who works the self check out area. She is slender and has long pretty silver hair. She is so wonderful and has helped me and others so many times. I am always happy when I see she is working. She is so knowledgeable about everything to do with Albertsons, like what's in the add or on sale that week. She is so pleasant and quite funny also.
It is a beautiful store. Always a positive experience.

Best Pharmacy Technicians ever. Never messed up my orders

My husband and I went in for our Shingles and booster shots then went grocery shopping. Dr. Jill, in the pharmacy, is always thorough and friendly. Our cashier, Lillian, was very professional and friendly. Both these ladies made our day.

I didn't come in for much..but love how well lit the store was. A very helpful clerk who helped me find what I was looking for was great. I'll be back.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Manager went out of his way to ask if I and others were finding everything ok. He was great and helped locate organic bananas for me in the back. I then had to ask a girl at the bakery if they had anymore baguette’s and she said they were about to go into the oven. She said if I didn’t mind she could give me a frozen one I can then bake at home. This was great since I did not mind at all and I couldn’t wait about 45 mins for the new ones. This was just the other day but every time I go everybody is always extremely friendly and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING which is something that is very hard to come by these days

Turned into a great experience. Day Before Thanksgiving and I had ordered a turkey meal but my name was not on the list. Kat and Todd went through some extra paperwork in the back and found my name. Thanks for going the extra mile. Happy Thanksgiving. Would recommend.

Got what we needed and the 2 employees at the checkout were so nice and helpful.. Enjoyed them both, one helped me get my wifi set up..

I was in Albertsons real quick on the holiday weekend and they had what I needed. I had to stand in line a bit, but it was expected for a Saturday on a holiday weekend. I like their self-checkout center, just need a couple more, especially when busy weekends arise.

Seafood seafood seafood if you like it this is the store for you. Live lobster for special nights or I just miss the ocean days. There meat department is just as good but the produce is some of the best in town. Bar none best grocery store bakery in town hands down there cakes always taste better.
