My postal delivery lady could not be more nice and professional. I hate dealing with the older lady at the post office though. She treats you like you are stupid if you ask a question. I've been in there many times and maybe 20% of the time her attitude seems good or at least tolerable which proves she DOES KNOW HOW not to be a RUDE PRUDE! They make good money compared to many jobs so what's the problem? Maybe she'll retire soon and one of the pleasant people I've dealt with will take that job.

I'm not much of a fan of going into post offices but,I must say this location put their money where their mouth is. The gentleman up front was knowledgeable and very helpful. Huge shout out to the manager for coming out in the rain to get my packages for me. Y'all keep up the hard work

You can’t even get the manager to call you back and I’ve been up here 3 to 4 times complaining about not receiving mail. And we ain’t the only one it’s everybody in this one particular area!

I have found a couple of nice people here, but I have found a couple of rude people as well. My biggest complaint is the service. You might get your mail and you might not. I have received mail for four of my neighbors, the water department, an address in a couples of neighborhoods to my west and an address near Richland. One postwoman ran over my trash cans on purpose.

February, 1, 2018 - Another package has been lost while it was in transit to my P.O. Box. The tracking number showed it was here and in Brandon on the same day. I called the 800 number for the Post Office and went through an EXTENSIVE voice prompt system which told me my package was delayed, no location was available. I asked to speak with an agent and learned I have to wait 40 MINUTES!!! Are you kidding me?

I just try to call about my package I asked the woman that answer the phone what was going on with my package also let her know when I called customer service that they were gonna send my package the next delivery day and she kept overtalking me plus was highly rude I was tryna see if my package was there she didn’t even ask for my tracking number

The postal servers are garbage, they couldn't get a Job picking up trash so they work for the post office. Cramming over sized packages in box and
and leaving others in middle of driveway. My dad's bday present smoshed beyond repair in box.

I don't understand how you can deliver mail into my neighbors box which is right by mine and not get my mail outgoing while my flag is up, a bright red flag. And didn't even try to leave weekly ad campaigns in my box. This is not the first time this has happened. I also get other people's mail too with totally different addresses some times. 🧐🤷

I hate ordering anything and having to deal with the Florence, MS Post Office. If my order comes in on a Friday and my gate is closed I will not see if again till Monday since my carrier has a sup on the weekends. I don't understand that when I have no problems getting bills on Saturday why not my package. I was told it rides in his car till Monday which I do not like! I called the office this morning to have a parcel delivered since I couldn't go get it and the lady was so rude and didn't say anything when I said thank you and have a good day she just hung up! RUDE I would rather shop in the stores than to use the Florence Post Office.

Postal office is fine. The carrier that delivers mail to my neighborhood constantly put our mail in the wrong box. I have missed deadlines and bill payments because of this. We have spoke to her, complained at the office and called Washington and nothing has yet to happened. I put other folks mail in their boxes when it’s put in mine but everyone doesn’t do this nor is it their job. Get a Government job and you will never be fired!

I had no problems from the florence postal system until i ordered something that was very costly and I even paid more to get it in the next day bc it was a Thursday and I didn't want to risk my package being held until Monday. I waited for my package for days. I don't even know if I can refund the 40 extra dollars they took with them on their way to screw me over

Face to face, the employees in the office are fairly nice, but over the phone, the ladies that work there are flat-out RUDE! Snappy and not helpful at all. I dread having to call. The lady I just spoke to didn't even say goodbye or I'm sorry I can't help you, she just hung up! I called at 12:00 pm on Monday, July 3.

I been trying call post office with regular number why have that phone if they dont answer when there something u need to over phone disconnect it if someone dont want do there job

I WILL NEVER LOOK AT USPS THE SAME OR EVEN TRUST THE MAIL CARRIERS OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATION WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE. I LIVE IN FLORENCE WHERE THERE ARE FOUR HOUSES ON A GRAVEL ROAD A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON THE 29TH OF MARCH THAT WAS NEVER PUT IN MY MAILBOX TOTALING 47.00 I REACHED OUT TO THE POSATAL SERVICES THAT DAY DID A COMPLAINT AND INSTEAD OF GETTING A PHONE CALL BACK IN TWO TO THREE DAYS I GOT A TEXT SATURDAY ASKING IF OR NOT I RECIEVED MY PACKAGE FROM SOMEONE WHO PROBABLY WAS HANDELING THE CASE. I TOLD HER NO! SHE REPLIED THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE WHICH IS IN FLORENCE, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THAT WOMAN THAT DAY SO I DECIDED TO CALL BACK MONDAY 04/04/2021 ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT SHE CLOSED IT SAYING RESOLVED BUT STILL NO PACKAGE. I HAD TO REOPEN THE CASE WHAT GOOD THAT WOULD DO!!!!!!! BUT LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
