Don Ponchito's Café

Food was very yummy and the staff was great ! Our waitress made sure we were taken care of as well as other waitresses who asked us many times if we needed anything. Prices were reasonable. Two of these dishes with an orange juice and coffee was about $19. Would highly recommend :)

Staff were all very friendly and attentive! Food was delicious! I don't like my eggs runny but decided to try it here, was NOT disappointed the chorizo on top of the eggs made it 10x better! My wife and I are from Houston,TX and I will definitely come back here next time we come down to visit!

Excellent food. Nice staff. After eating here 20 years I have to upgrade them for consistency.. The huevos rancheros and the service has only improved.

I decided to try it for the first time over DoorDash as I’ve been in quarantine and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a taco loco with egg and it was amazing. It’s a big portion that can feed up to 3 people! The flavor was right on and the salsa just the same

We frequently stop here for breakfast after Gideons prayer meeting where we pray for our country and it's leaders. The service is always friendly, the food is served hot. The prices are reasonable. I've never been here for anything other than breakfast, but I'm told it's good for lunch too. For a small diner, it's pretty good.

Best service we had in a while. We came here while visiting my dad. The atmosphere was charming. It was welcoming and loving. The food was served fast and in quantity. We sadly are from Houston but when we come to visit here again we will definitely come here again.

Don Ponchito's Café is a great place to sit with family or friends and have breakfast with. Their staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. I've only had the privilege to dine in the morning, but I'm looking forward to trying their lunch or dinner one of these days.

My daughter took us there for lunch. One of their lunch specials was the Tejano plate which is best deals. Two cheese enchiladas, one beef fajita taco and one carne guisado taco, rice and beans for $8.99! Great deal and delicious too! My husband had the other special, pollo en mole, rice and beans with flour tortillas. Great too! Came with the drink as added bonus!! Going back soon.

I love this place. Their breakfast is authentic and fresh. I always get the omelette and it’s really good. I wish their prices were a little lower, I would definitely go more often.
