StowAway Storage

We rented two units for many years. Paoli Pike location was very convenient to our business location. Ownership was responsive to any questions 24 hours per day. Facility is secure and well lit at night. If there is such a thing as a great storage unit experience, this was it for years for us. Would recommend for all business and personal storage needs.

I needed a safe place to store my family’s antique cars. Stowaway was a treasured find. The bays are secure, very clean with a coded keypad. I appreciated the security of the facility with cameras and road visibility. I also appreciated a direct line of contact to the owner, and felt confident that he would contact me if there were any issues. I recommend this storage facility, not just for RV, but for car storage as well.

Great service and great price! My stuff remained safe and in great condition throughout the entire year I used the storage unit.

I would just like to let everyone know that this place is great! I had my things there for about 4 years. I haven’t had any problems at all. The staff is great. If you have a question or concern they respond very quickly. I mostly dealt with Jerry. He is very knowledgeable about what size unit you would need among other things. The area is secure and always clean. So if you are looking to store your items this is the place for you! Thank you Stowaway!!!

Jerry was very helpful and really solved our short term storage problem. The unit was clean and just the right size. Entrance worked well. Unit was secure, well lit and always accessable. We were able to use our own lock. Would recommend using this facility.

You guys, I can not express enough how much I absolutely loved doing business with StowAway Storage!! They are so kind, and easy to work with. I had to get a new debit card and forgot to change my payment method. They went out of their way to notify me instead of letting my payment fail and losing all of my stuff in storage. Then again when I switched banks. I am forgetful and they were so kind reaching out to me to let me know. Jerry is the nicest guy I have ever met! If you need storage I promise you will not be disappointed. The prices are so good and they are so friendly. They respond fast and they truly care!! Absolutely wonderful all around!! Definitely use them!! My stuff was always safe from the weather. The units were SO CLEAN!!! Hands down the best!

Jerry from Stowaway Storage was exceptional. He was very friendly and readily available anytime I had a question. Prices were cheaper than any of the competitors I found in the area so I was a bit nervous for what the security/customer service would be. I was pleasantly surprised and found both to be even better than the price itself. 10/10 recommend Stowaway Storage!

We really can’t say enough good things about the Stowaway Storage location on Paoli Pike. We always felt safe, as the facility is kept clean, locked and well lit. They definitely have all 5 stars for a reason! Affordable pricing, easy access to units, good area, GREAT customer service. My storage rent was due on the 7th of every month and they let me stay a few days longer without charging me due to my moving situation. Overall, very impressed with their service and Jerry was such a nice guy!

I have rented a unit for over 3 years and have never had any problems.
My unit door recently broke and Jerry came at a convenient time for me to look at the problem. When he was unable to make the repair himself, he contracted the repair, again at a convenient time for me, and it is complete and works perfectly.
While storage units aren't living spaces, the items stored mean something. Jerry treated the problem with a sense of urgency and kept in touch with me throughout. I appreciate knowing my business is important to him. I highly recommend this storage site.

StowAway Storage has been extremely easy to use and work with. Everyone was amazing throughout our time with them. I’m super glad we found them when we moved here until our permanent home was ready.

I have worked with StowAway Storage for about 4 years and have found them to be very much on top of the whole process. They keep an eye on the units keep in touch with me if the rare event happens that something doesn’t look right. Their fees are reasonable and I have been a very satisfied customer.

Jerry has been great this entire time. Kept my stuff in a reasonably priced unit for 2 years and never had any issues at all. Great service, great location, great price! Will recommend and if necessary will use again! Also, never saw so much as a wasp near my unit. =D

From the moment I spoke with Jerry on the phone and found him to be so pleasant and helpful at a distressing time in my life, I knew I would give this place a try! When I raised the door to the unit and found it completely dry and utterly clean, I was thrilled that I had chosen this place! Extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions. Unit was clean and easy to access, yet secure and safe. If needed again, we would definitely use again.

Owner made sure to refund my money back after a mischarge and went out of his way to contact me to ensure I received it. He made a great effort too because, little known to him, I rarely check my email and have been in and out of town so it took a while to reach me. Units and surroundings were very clean and they were easy to get in contact with when needed.
