George's Place Wildwood Crest

The food was great and so was the view from the porch! George’s Place offered a really nice lunch and breakfast menu. The waffle was fantastic and the small salads that we ordered with our quesadillas and pita were amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the gorgeous views of the back harbor of Wildwood Crest.

My husband & I had an extraordinary dinner. I had the Chicken Grecco special and he had the Crab Cakes. The food was AWESOME! From the salad, to the dinner and to the dessert, everything was over the top. We were full after our dinner, but the food was so amazing that we HAD to try a dessert. Which again was fantastic. We had the homemade Tiramisu Waffle. Our waitress was wonderful and helpful. We will be making George's Place our go to.

My wife and I have been going to this George’s since it opened. The food is great, the menus is short but selections are good. Breakfast is great and if you’re in the mood for a salad for lunch come hungry.
During the season the wait staff is excellent Marcella and Kat are the best if I were to own a restaurant I would pick those two.

We went to dinner on Saturday night 7/15. Service/food and atmosphere were amazing. Kat our server was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and just so fun to be around. George's Place Wildwood Crest has a very special person there. Just an FYI, to get a prime table to watch the sunset, you will need a group of 4-6 to be sat on the unobstructed side of their deck.

I recommend any Kara Restaurant Group restaurant. They have become our favorite spots in Cape May/Wildwood.

Our new favorite place! We had the hummus appetizer and crab cakes and chicken santorini and everything was delicious! A very cozy atmosphere and nice view of the docks. We will definitely be back!

Great place with amazing views. The food was very flavorful. Only thing I would change is the lemon potatoes. Those are more like French fries then Greek lemon potatoes:-)

We came here around 9 am. the waitress was very nice and attentive, there was also a young guy helping out. He did not even ask and automatically gave a water drink to my toddler as well which we appreciate. We sat on the patio overlooking the dock. We ordered two omelets, pancakes and tiramisu waffle. Everything was awesome but what stood out is their tiramisu waffle. We highly recommend it!

We decided to try George's place for dinner because it was on the water and fairly close to our hotel. I personally was not sure I was up for Greek/Mediterranean food but I went along with it. Let me tell you, I am sure glad I did.
I had short ribs, my wife had fish and my daughter and mother in law had Chicken. It was absolutely phenomenal. In our opinion, this ranks very high in the "best meal" category, and we travel the country and throughout Europe quite often.
The staff is equally awesome. Katarina was so great. She immediately treated us like family, made great recommdations and was very attentive.
So, what's next?
We loved it so much, we had to go back for breakfast. Again, not a disappointment. The menu is full of both sweet and savory options. I opted for the Crab Benedict, my wife for an omelet, our daughter got the Tiramisu and mother in law got banana french toast. All outstanding.
I can't say enough good things about both the quality and presentation of the food and the outstanding staff. For our family to be on vacation and go to the same place twice instead of exploring new places, you know it had to be good. This is our go to place in Wildwood Crest.

After dining at the Cape May Court House and Cape May locations, We gave George's place in Wildwood Crest a try and Yes they did Impress with a Beautiful Picturesque Sunset View and the Overall Greek Dining Experience!
Megan our waitress, very welcoming and accommodating, kept the dishes flowing and drinks filled.

Wonderful Greek food. We went after whale watching and were expecting inexpensive gyros for take out. What we got was a full restaurant experience with great service and even better food. We only ordered the appetizers as we only had a short time. They were incredible!

Wonderful brunch spot. My family and I stopped here at the end of our vacation and it was a wonderful way to end the vacation after checking out of the hotel. very friendly waitress, beautiful view, and great food. the portion size was great. We will be making this a regular spot for our future family vacations in WWC.

We love all the George’s restaurants and the Crest did not disappoint. Great view from the patio and the food and service were terrific as per usual for these restaurants.

My dinner experience at this place was amazing! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Prices are fair for quality of the food. Very cozy and welcoming ambience; clean place, very friendly stuff. I’m going to be back there every time I visit Wildwood!

Beautiful setting on the bay at sunset. Lamb shank was tender and delicious. My grouper was cooked perfectly. Service was good on a busy night. Highly recommend George's.

We had a wonderful experience at George’s Place. My husband and I got the tuna appetizer, chicken souvlaki and salmon and they were all delicious. My kids (3 and 5) had the grilled cheese and salmon adult entree and both loved their meals. Also love that it’s BYOB. We hadn’t gone previous years since we weren’t sure if it was kid friendly but they were great and we’ll definitely be back next visit! Only thing is I wish the kids menu was more robust. We ended up getting the salmon entree for our 3 year old but she ate almost all of it so it was worth it😅 Definitely go check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

1st time at George's since I live here for over 15 years n it was delicious. The prices were very reasonable considering we are in a tourist area. Nothing bad to say, everything great for a small hidden place I never got a chance to try until today. Only negative is parking is a bit hard to find in season but not his fault.

This is a beautiful restaurant with incredibly fresh and delicious food! I dined here with 3 other people and we all enjoyed our meals immensely. Adam was our attentive server for both of our visits. We had lunch one day and breakfast the next. The cost is incredibly fair priced. There is a lovely view and it's also family friendly. We live almost 3 hours away. Whenever we are in Wildwood we will stop at George's place for a fantastic experience.

The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious. Definitely need to make reservations, it is byob and cash only. Can't wait to go back and try other meals.

A group of us went for lunch. The service was great. The atmosphere was very good (I am sure it would be even better in the summer on the deck overlooking the bay), and the food was fantastic, along with a salad, home cut fries, and my lunch entree. Very reasonable cost, and large portion. I could only finish half my sandwich and took the remainder home in a box for later. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and plan to revisit soon again!
