I have had two amazing experiences taking out food from Cielo Oaxaca in Frisco. The food is so delicious, fresh, and filling. The service and employees are wonderful. I would recommend Cielo Oaxaca to any family or friend visiting town. I will definitely be coming back for more. If I could I would bring Cielo Oaxaca with me back to Connecticut.

Cute little restaurant! I really enjoyed the food here. I got the smothered burrito with green sauce and steak and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t finish the burrito since it was so large, and I was pleasantly surprised when the leftover burrito microwaved was just as tasty. I would definitely recommend coming here for a meal if you’re in the area. Extremely reasonable prices for the area, too. Parking was also simple and easy.

If you are in the Frisco area, and every other place is busy and you feel like you are running out of options, well... This is the place to be and eat at!! Got to the restaurant just in time before their evening rush hour. Their options are amazing! The menu is not big, is just perfect for what one could be looking to eat and their portions are very generous. Had some horchata, guacamole and their torta de pollo and I even asked for them to add a fried egg in the torta... Wow my inside kid was more than pleased. The service was phenomenal, very attentive and ambiance was perfect! Gracias por todo!

I'm always eager to try Oaxaca restaurants since Oaxaca food is my favorite Mexican food. I didn't have high hopes based on the size of Frisco, but it greatly exceeded my expectations. I had the mole which wasn't as good as in Oaxaca, but it was the best I've had in the states since tasting the real thing. The mole was a bit spicy which I enjoyed. My wife had the quesadillas and they were delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

One thing to note: At the time of this review they add a 15% gratuity to dine in orders.

An authentic Oaxaca taco place in Frisco. Wow!I felt like I was in Mexico. The Quesabirra pan fried beef tacos with a side of birra dipping sauce was an amazing blend of crunch, savory beef, citrus, onion and spice. It's rare to find this flavor profile in Colorado. The portions are generous. The menu is diverse with Mexican food favorites and Oaxacan specialties (delicious additions). The prices amazing for such high quality food. This is now my go to place to eat in Frisco.

Excellent service. Food was on the table in less than 10 minutes. Hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. I ordered street tacos. One Tasajo, One Cecina, One Pastor. The most authentic Mexican food I've had in Summit County hands down and I spent $9 before tip.

Hours are 11am - 10pm - I asked the staff and confirmed this on 11.21.22.

House tortilla chips are a nice touch.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on the way to snowshoeing Mayflower Gulch. Food was hot and delicious and plentiful, and the service was very friendly. The Alhambre plate with two meats was perfect for anyone wanting to minimize carbs. The chips and salsa were also very good. We will be back on our next trip through town.

Authentic, tasty and awesome - the mole (real deal), the shrimp tacos, the salsas accompanying the meal, the plain cheese quesadilla for my son. It’s like eating at your Mexican grandmas house. For those that might not know, Oaxaca is a state in southern Mexico, rich in history and renowned for its cuisine. You can order dishes that most Americans would find familiar but you can also order tasty dishes that you wouldn’t see at other Mexican restaurants. I will absolutely be back!!!

Awesome Oaxacan-style Mexican food at a much more reasonable price than many places you'll encounter in a ski town. Food was super tasty. Plenty of flavor, not too spicy. The Oaxacan coffee and horchata were such delicious sweet treats we didn't need anything more for dessert, which is nice because we were stuffed! My wife and I split the molcajete. We were extremely hungry when we arrived and still wound up taking about half of it home with us. Our kids loved it, and the total bill came to about half of our usual cost for dinner at our other favorite Mexican restaurant in Frisco. The dining room isn't fancy. Florescent light and diner-style tables, but some fun wall decor and friendly service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for easy, reasonably-priced Mexican food in Frisco.

The food was really good and authentic. It’s small inside so unfortunately when we were there kids were running around and very loud. It’s a great to go place, or a quick stop in for dinner, but if you’re looking for ambiance and to sit and talk awhile, this isn’t really the place.

The chips and salsa are home made. I had the rotessire chicken plate. The beans, grilled onions and jolipino peppers were delicious. Real authentic Mexican food.

Just finished some hard core shredding during 2024 Nationals at Copper and glimpsed this place by chance... Oaxacan food in the Colorado Rockies!? Sure, let's go! Excellent, distinct flavor notes, super scrumptious tacos, and killer chili releno! I had a Paloma to finish... Que Sabor! Gracious mi Amigos Caballeros 🤠 ❄🏂

High quality, fresh, authentic and delicious food. The Oaxacan menu is unique and specializes in an amazing Mole. Best Mexican food in the County. Also delish margs. Highly recommend!!
