My experience with this company was nothing but exceptional. Everything from the timeliness of my getting my computer to the actual build was exemplary. All questions I had were answered in a timely manner and it never felt as though they were burdened by my lack of knowledge. The design and functionality were top notch and I’m sure to be using this PC for years to come, with the Forgers as my go to for upgrades and questions. I implore any who read this review to give this company your time because it’s one of the few that values its customers

Took my IPad to Zach for a new charging port. While taking the screen off so he could access the charging port, the screen cracked. Zach called me and was extremely apologetic. He told me he had ordered a new screen at his expense. I offered to split the cost of the screen with him, he said, “absolutely not.” My IPad is now working great and Zach has made a Raving Fan.

Proffesional, quick. Personable. Amazing service all around wasn’t even on the phone for 10 minutes before he compiled what would be my perfect home computer and by the end of the morning my computer was FINISHED and on its way to florida. And on top of that it’ll be here in less than 4 days!!

I recently had a fantastic experience with The Forgers for building me a stellar computer. From my initial contact with their customer service staff, I found them to be knowledgeable, personable, and so helpful. The process of selecting my components and the design of the entire system were so straightforward and enjoyable. They gave me plenty of advice and options while staying within my budget.

The build process was incredibly quick with expert craftsmanship. The computer was ready in record time and it was a great surprise to find out how well it worked. The components were all top-of-the-line and the specification was spot-on. I haven't had a single issue with the computer or any of its parts since I received it.

Above all, I was genuinely impressed with The Forgers' commitment to customer satisfaction. They provided ongoing customer service and technical support. It was a pleasant experience working with this company and I would definitely recommend them for any computer repair needs.

Scheduled an appointment to get my pc's parts replaced. It was done with great pace and went very well. The staff I met was also very nice. I traded them my old parts for payment and it was a good way to get rid of something I no longer needed.

I had a few issues on my computer that I was concerned about and Zack helped me understand what was going on and also I was having trouble pairing my new remote to my TV and he fixed that problem. I would definitely recommend him.
