The Wing Chun Twins

I had been researching self defense disciplines for awhile and was excited when I found a place that taught Wing Chun Kung Fu in my area. Ted and Kyle are great instructors. They are very thorough and really enlightened me on the history and discipline of this Kung Fu art. I'm learning the foundations to build upon and feel confident in acquiring these skills for self protection. I have since brought my children in for lessons and they are really enjoying the interaction with the instructors and what they are learning. Wing Chun focuses on structure and timing and anyone can be efficiently trained regardless of size or strength.

I feel incredibly fortunate and lucky to have found Zen Wing Chun and to have the opportunity to learn from Sifu Kyle and Sifu Ted. These twin Sifus are true masters of the art, and their passion and dedication to teaching are evident in every class.

Being a part of the Zen Wing Chun community has been an incredibly enriching experience. Not only have I learned so much about the art of Wing Chun, but I've also gained a deeper understanding of myself and my own abilities. The supportive and encouraging atmosphere of the school has helped me to push past my own limitations and achieve things I never thought possible.

I've taken other martial arts over the years but never really felt the connection like I do here at Zen Wing Chun. Everyone is down to earth. No ego. It's like being a part of a really cool family. I find the Wing Chun system to be the most comprehensive. It's definitely something you can integrate into all aspects of your life. Sifus Kyle and Ted are fantastic teachers! Highly recommend!

Kyle and Ted are amazing instructors and truly inspire their students to practice the physical, as well as philosophical wisdom beyond the Wing Chun. I would highly recommend the school, I've been to many martial arts schools in the South Florida area, but they are truly the best instructors I've met.

After a TON of research and discovery, I’ve finally found a martial arts group I can call home! Sifus Kyle and Ted are hands down the best instructors I’ve ever had! Not only are they part of a legitimate kung fu lineage but their style of teaching is relaxed and encouraging! They’ve created an amazing atmosphere of trust and honesty so that all students become united as kung fu brothers and sisters. You just don’t find that anywhere else (believe me I’ve tried)! Training consists of Wing Chun forms and are always performed with a partner. I’m always excited to come back and continue learning!

I have studied martial arts since I was very young. From Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai to Jeet Kune Do and Khali I have always loved the art forms and gained so much. I met Sifu’s Kyle and Ted when I became their neighbor and I had known about Wing Chun bcuz in my Jeet Kune Do studies - Wing Chun is an art form that’s incorporated in it. But I didn’t really know much about it. We however shared a deep love and passion for martial arts so we naturally got along very well. They would tell me how Wing Chun started and other things about it and I wanted to know more. The set me up with an interview with their Sifu. I met him and quickly joined to be a new pupil and study the forms. It was so awesome but bcuz Wing Chun is such a different way that I had learned from other martial arts - I needed extra practice. Sifu’s Kyle and Ted were always there to help me practice my forms and show me how to perfect them as well. They have a deep passion for what they do and I have always admired them bcuz of it. As time went by I found that I was actually able to grasp their guidance of the forms better than I could when I went to class. They would spend countless hours on our balconies practicing with me and with each other. Their guidance of Wing Chun is by far the most important part of the training for me. They have a way of reaching each individual’s mindset and find the best way for you to learn the art. I’ve not ever experienced that kind of teaching in anything I’ve learned inside school or out. It is a very rare gift they possess and the passion and perseverance to help others to harness their own “Indivual Kung Fu” skill. If you are interested in any teachings of Kung Fu then I recommend no other but Wing Chun. And if you are looking for an authentic generational lineage of Wing Chun then look no further than Sifu Kyle and Sifu Ted bcuz they are exactly the right choice! There is an old saying in Kung Fu:
“When the student is ready; the teacher will appear.”

I've been looking for a true Wing Chun school for quite a while and finally found more than I could have hoped for at Zen. Sifu Kyle and Ted are gracious and caring. They truly care about their art and you can see their passion when they teach. It's a great atmosphere and you feel like you are not just at a school, but part of a family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for real Wing Chun!!!

I’ve been practicing Wing Chun for about 15 months now and it has changed my life. The twins Kyle and Ted are masters at Wing Chun and my training with him accelerated my skills, sensitivity, and awareness of my body in the correct structure to be as efficient and effective as a wing chun martial artist in just one session. It’s been such a gift to learn from such experienced Wing Chun masters. If you have thought about learning a martial art or have been inspired by watching Bruce Lee or Ip Man movies I highly recommend learning authentic Wing Chun from Zen Wing Chun Kung Fu!

I been wanting to learn Wing Chun for a long time. I am so glad to have found Sifu Kyle and Sifu Ted. The class is relaxed and no egos. I like that the class is not wasted on unrelated exercises but is focused on the art and forms The twins are very patient and professional. The best Academy to learn martial arts, self defense techniques, discipline, relaxation, and stress control with the best Sifus: the Wing Chun Twins. The classes are fun and you interact with the other students while you exercise. I highly recommend them because they are very professional.

By far the best Wing chun school I have been to. I did some “window shopping” around the palm beach county area and this is by far the only place I feel comfortable training at. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and have a really effective way of teaching.

Sifus are highly skilled at Authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu with direct lineage in teachings from Ip Man. Sifus are very genuine and really want you to learn Wing Chun Kung Fu instead of being taught because there is a difference. I am so happy that I have finally been able to practice with Sifus after wanting to for a long time and my schedule finally aligned. I drive 30 minutes every Monday and Wednesday to train with Sifus because they are great and I love Wing Chun Kung Fu. Sifus make learning Wing Chun Kung Fu an amazing experience and skills you will have for life. Highly recommend training with sifus at Zen Wing Chun Kung Fu!

Wing Chun Kung Fu has changed my life for the better. Sometimes I regret that I didn't begin it earlier, but I'm glad that when I decided to start it I've joined the right school.
