Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is great and the store is well stocked and clean. Their framing department is amazing!! I highly recommend this Michaels location for any artist and or crafts person looking to stock up on supplies or for anyone looking to start a new art, craft or hobby.

at Brockville, Michael's has assisted me before, he is always above and beyond helpful and personable. But today, he reached a new peak of what surpassed simply customer service to
truly incredible kindness and compassion.
When I explained to him why one small craft item, colour specific I was seeking, he took my name and number and told me he would bring it himself from the Kingston store.

The staff was so accommodating. I purchased a Halloween item that was a display piece. The staff repackaged it for me with no issue. The cashier carried on a conversation with me as I waited. Everyone I came into contact with went out of their way to make my experience a lovely one. What a pleasure to shop here

First time I was convinced to enter this store.My wife wanted me to come in to have a look.To my amazement it's a very cool store.Had items I was able to pick up for my everyday items in my garage.Items I picked up that day were spray can paints .Paint brushes and wood I used for my model building hobby.I am now a regular and join my wife with visits to this store.Frienly staff and fair pricing.Thankyou.Marc

We have had several pieces framed by her and have always been pleased with the results. Megan is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable in this craft. My wife is a Michael's fanatic. We don't have much choice here for arts and crafts supplies. They are fairly pricey but the store is great. It is always clean, the staff are helpful and fun to talk to. They have a large variety to help meet your goals and get you started on your personal projects.

I went there yesterday to get get the sale on Easter decor. Was disappointed but a i bought a couple of decors. Then asking for Chalk Paint which had bought before was informed by a pleasant assistance that only tiny bottles left and probably won't be ordering larger bottles again. This is so disappointing.

Fantastic supply store for all your crafting needs! Staff are friendly, helpful and store is always bright and clean. Arrows on the floor and protective screen at checkout. Hand sanitizer is available at the door to use aswell.

The perfect place to go for all your craft and coloring needs! I go here at least four times a month to mainly look at the Art supplies and Adult Coloring books, I love to buy/look at the Gelly Roll Gel Pens and the new marker/Art sets plus coloring books. You can get a coupon on there website or app for at least 40% off your purchase, just cant be an everyday value item. I use a coupon almost every time I go. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you with any question, they are always making sure to come over and ask me if I need any help or have any questions. Highly recommend the Brockville store.
