Prices are a killer. You pay two or three guys while they're trying to figure out what parts are needed and for running to get different trucks and equipment. Parts were a little over a thousand labor was over 3 thousand.

The person who came out to do a sewer clean-out was very kind. However, when I called them earlier in the day to ask how much it would cost, they told me it would be $85 an hour. They neglected to tell me the other costs, which were in the realm of $100. I do not appreciate a company being upfront with their costs and will not be doing business with them again.

Will not be using their services in the future. I scheduled an appt for a quote on a pipe burst, they had a hidden fee of $85 for a diagnostic fee which they never even made a diagnosis.

If you read other reviews you’ll see that they’re not the most upfront/ transparent company when it comes to prices. Just seems like a very shady business that screws over their community.

I called on June 21st, 2022 to ask about help installing a new condenser fan motor. The lady on the phone proceeded to patronize me and condescend me as tho i had ZERO clue about what could possibly be going on with my unit! She then proceeded to try and up sell me to replace the entire then when i had made it clear that it was not an option. I finally compromised to have someone come out and trouble shoot the unit in hopes that maybe it wasn't a burnt up fan motor. She then told me that they had no one available that week and she would CALL ME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I understand that this is a typically busy time of year and especially during an extremely hot summer as this, so yes, units all over the place are being stressed and failing and their crews are unusually busy! But, at the same time, it's on average 85 degrees in my house in the morning when i get off work and i get maybe an hour of the unit running before it over heats and trips out. That being said, a MONTH LATER i call back and am told that she never said she would call back and that they are short handed due to this that and the other, and that she TOLD me in the first call to call around as it would be at least a month before someone could get out! Wrong, the following WEEK was brought up, NOT a month later!

These folks installed this system! Yes, it is an old system, and yes, I'm just trying to do a band-aid fix because i don't have $8500+ lying around to install a new system! But, when you want to twist and mince words to make ME sound like I don't know what conversation was had, you will NOT get my business!

I apologize for the length of this rant.

Temp Air....the word of mouth from me will not be pleasant. Ever.
