Portion size and service will make it or break it and they know it.

Great breakfast. The chilaquiles with the green sauce was spicy and delicious. Service was great. Lucy and Roberta were kind and prompt.

Had steak Chimichanga. It was good and as authintic as anything I could get back in Texas. Furthermore they had a hot sauce that was actually hot, that's hard to find up here.

I stayed in this town for work purposes and during the 2 months I’ve stayed, me n my partner sticked to this Mexican place ☺we both liked how this place has more authentic flavors nothing compared to aydas where it’s more Tex mex flavors 🤷‍♀ sure they lack some flavors but that’s why there’s salt n pepper on the side to add 😁 me n my partner always got the 2 Gordita dinner plate carne asada n Alpastor that comes w rice n beans on the side 🤤really delicious after a long day after work 😌 but thanks to the chef n a big shout out to our server Araceli (sorry if I spelled your name wrong 😫😅) that always served n attended us 😬😬😬🫶👌👌 OH N THE HORCHATAS ARE AMAZING!

I had breakfast here and it was great ! My friends and I got a little bit of everything and shared. I had the #1 and loved it and I also bought the Mexican omelette , which was good. Had some French toast and pancakes also good and my friend had the biscuits and gravy and like it. This will be our new breakfasts spot. It’s the best breakfast in Rensselaer that’s for sure because we have been to every restaurant in town for breakfast. I even think I might like them better than SP19 !! The service was great

Some of the best tamales around. I drive 3 hours to get my hands on these. Incredible the next morning warmed up with an over easy egg on top. If you are anywhere nearby, it's worth a little detour. The Tomales sell out quickly. Very nice staff as well.

The BEST Mexican food around. Tacos are so good with the green sauce they make coupled with fresh cilantro and onion. Seriously so delicious. I have only had good experiences ordering from here. I highly recommend.

Nice place. Very clean and good food. It was not spicy at all for Mexican so if you want some kick ask or add hot sauce. The flavor of the food was very good. I would go back.

Amazing al pastor seasoning, tender and flavorful. This is the real deal. The horchata also is authentic, not too sweet but refreshing! Totally worth coming off the highway for!

My favorite Mexican restaurant ever everything is delicious must I say, if you havent tried their breakfast I highly recommend you do! The owner Jesse is a wonderful man I promise you wont regret trying this delicious food!
