After 28 years our Propane tank in Avalon needed replacement. Walt came to replace it, answered questions and before leaving checked to make sure that the line and regulator to the pool heater worked. Great service. Office team very helpful and cheerful. Great experience. Thanks!

I want to give a huge Thank you to George "EDDY" Nutt for coming out to River Beach Resort on a Saturday evening in the freezing cold. I smelled propane and realized that my tank was empty. Eddy came out at 8pm while feeling under the weather to ensure my saftey and helped me out He was VERY helpful and friendly. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. Complete scammers, overpriced, they take advantage of senior citizens, $250.00 to remove unused propane. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PURCHASE UNUSED PROPANE BACK. $2500 to REMOVE rental tank. That’s how they charge/treat customers after several years of making money from them. If you’re thinking of leaving this company or choose to have them as your new supplier BEWARE of their business policy.

After three years of spending more in tank rental fees then I’ve used in propane I’m trying to get the money that they owe me back and they’re telling me it’s going to take a few weeks. If I’m a few weeks late on my rental fee my tank is shut off with the propane I paid for in it. Amazing how they can take a payment in 60 seconds but it takes weeks to refund money that they owe. Their 2.8 rating says it all.

Came down to our campground which we stay at all summer long. We left this may for two weeks for the birth of our grandchild and came back to the tank being emptied and lock put on it. Because the home we lived in was sold to us three seasons ago and we never switched the name on account. Called them and they said they would never empty the tank. Well where did 50 gallons of propane disappear to? They also said they have left us tags and tag on front door. So untrue cause we live here all summer long. The prices are outrageous. Told them to come and take their tank. Said they can’t pick up for a few weeks. They sure made sure they came out to lock it and emptied it. Called around and steelands to the rescue.

This company is a complete fraud. Watch out for fraudulent charges. I told them to never make a delivery without me requesting it. They CLAIM to have made a delivery only 21 days after I filled my tanks. The problem is that I never once even turned on my fireplaces during that time period. The women on the phone was completely useless. The second my contract is up, I am cancelling service and will go with a reputable company.
