There hasn't been a good review posted about the Wheatland Post Office in a while and the 2.8 rating wasn't deserved. They've always done a phenomenal job in my opinion for being a small town post office. Very friendly staff, professional, and courteous.

I've gone here maybe 5 times so far, and every time has been a good experience! They've always been super helpful and friendly, I don't understand why anyone would rate them poorly. This most recent time I had a package to send, and she offered for me to buy a smaller box instead to halve my cost to ship it, which I appreciated very much!

They are just unbelievable!

They start off really nice and understanding and then the below happens:

Every time I order a package from anywhere, they give us the same 2P Key that has NEVER worked, lie and say they will get rid of it and then hold my packages hostage until THEY GET TO IT.

I called today and they promised they would get a carrier out right away to get me my package. Went to check the mail and they had come BUT NEVER GAVE ME MY PACKAGE.

How inept could you be?! I'm sure you've gotten your personal packages NO problem. I'm tiedt of you guys and your inability to do anything right! I want my packages and NOW.

Worst post office ever! The staff are just rude and unprofessional! They "lose" mail and take forever to deliver packages coming in.
