Pho Vinh Vietnamese Restaurant

We had the vegetarian pho, veggie spring roll & egg roll with side of white rice. It was very good specifically after a night of drinking. The broth is amazingly good.

The vegetarian pho and spring roll still tastes amazing. Just be careful to not order a lot and have a good appetite.

If you’re looking for a place with authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you’ve found it. The people here are kind and genuine. I have nothing but positive things to say about the culture they bring to this area. Do not miss out on an opportunity to eat here. Especially if you’re from out of town!

A little pricey, but food quality is always great. Service too. Like that they are the local business - additional reason to eat here and support them , rather in some franchise or corpo place.

Best pho I’ve found around Redwood City/San Carlos area. The owner quickly memorized my order and it feels like a slice of home when I come in now!

I love this place, the food is very tasty and the staff is very nice. The broth is amazing and the spring rolls are quite delicious.

We came in as the kitchen was closing, but they still let us make a to go order. The pho was fantastic, and the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce were also incredible! Owners were very kind. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

I ordered the shrimp Eggrolls and shrimp and pork cold vermicelli and it was delicious! I will definitely be eating here more often! So yummy!

Been here 5 times this week. Such a great spot. Pho is delicious. There’s one fish in their tank that swims upside down and it’s the best unexpected entertainment. The woman who works there is a delight too.

Cozy place with friendly staff and good food. The portions are huge even with regular sized pho. There are options for vegetarian dishes. Try the freshly cut chilled coconut water. The food is authentic and tasty. It is crowded fairly and you may not get an easy parking in the complex. Take out is one option. Overall - good place next to a taco joint and Peruvian place.

On top of that, this is the only shop I could find in a drivable distance that doesn't put MSG in their food. All around class act. Love it.

Without a doubt one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had! The broth is delicious, meat was tender & rice noodles were perfect. Staff is very polite & provided excellent service. Important to note that parking is limited & difficult to get into, but so worth it.

Recommend to the management to have a posted Last Order Time to advertise so people will know when the final order time. Makes it better for a smoother closing time schedule. Coming from another country it’s a common thing.

I ordered take out and when I tried it, it was flavorful. Will definitely return. Customer service is great and they take your order with a smile. We stopped going to another restaurant because of the bad customer service, the food was good but not the customer service.

This is the first place I have placed an order and has offered me a water bottle while waiting. This is what also inspired me to leave them a great review.

Just wonderful food--the best. We stopped because the flowers in the window boxes outside were so pretty and well-kept. Inside, a giant koi tank shimmers with crystal clear golden beauty. We knew the food would be pristine as well, but it exceeded our expectations. Perfect. And fun cooking videos to watch, and friendly concern from the staff. If you really care about good food, you will love this place.

The chicken in the spring rolls was 👌, my girlfriend loved the peanut sauce.

But the bun bo hue…. delicious, sizable, and the broth was just perfect.

It saddens me that this place doesn’t deliver as it is now my go-to place for pho. This is worth picking up over the available delivery options.

So good!!!! I love the food here it is so delicious!!!!! I get a Thai tea the chicken noodle soup and the pork spring rolls. There portions can last me like three meals

Cozy, eating setup, and the noodle soups are descent, and the size of the soup bowls are on the larger side with sizes up to x-large 😳 (I'd have to leave that for the challenge days). The personnel are super friendly and attentive. I've only had the noodle soup bowls, but ingredients taste relatively fresh and well spiced.

We came here after a while though. Its getting cooler in the Bay Area and there is nothing better than Pho to warm your soul. I am not sure why the reviews have been dropping recently but we still enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and food was tasty. I will be coming back here for sure.
