I don't know why this post office has such bad reviews, they have been nothing but fantastic to work with. Super helpful and extra friendly, they are always there when I need them, and contrary to what others have said, in my experience, they always pick up the phone. As far as lost mail and mail delivered to wrong addresses... look, it's the United States Post Office... it happens. Saturday hours are weird, though.

The man who works here during the week is helpful and nice. He was patient and attentive and helped me to mail my package in a speedy manner. (:

My mail is usually delivered consistently around the same time and I have always had a good experience when shipping packages at this post office location.

Once I figured out their hours, they are fabulous to deal with.

Hoping my package is in another box because I received a notification that my package was delivered to parcel box had no key in p.o. box.

The Luther post office is the worst to have to deal with. I go weeks without receiving my mail sometimes. They are bad about delivering my mail and packages to my neighbors and when I call to get this issue resolved they are no help at all.

(Would give negative stars if it was an option.) The attendant locked the doors as we were entering the building. We only needed ONE stamp. She refused to acknowledge our presence until, I banged on the door(as our light tap didn't phase her!) She then yelled WE'RE CLOSED! I proceeded to ask her where I could buy a stamp in this town, her answer... DO YOU SEE OUR HOURS, we open tomorrow! She's lucky I am the age I am... the younger me would have been waiting at her vehicle for her to come out!!
I will NEVER SUBJECT myself to this post office again... if you do, use caution!!

Bad service for people who are obligated to work for the public. The citizens complain of mixed-up mail and the top of it all is the lady who works at the post office. She is beyond disrespectful and rude. Do better Luther post office we as tax paying Americans do not pay to hear your entitled attitude.

Mail used to be delivered in a timely manner...now I'm lucky if it shows up the day it should. There have been many times when they didn't deliver my package and changed delivery to next day cause they were too lazy to make a drop off and even more times that I've recieved someone else's packages 👎

They never deliver our packages or letters to our door! And the ones that need signed they don’t even try. I’m always home with a baby that’s on monitors and oxygen... so no excuses for not trying. Not happy at all with delivery service.

I have to give a star, I guess. The person that delivers mail, can't deliver mail right. How do you put mail in the wrong box , when they are labeled for you?? How??!!! Because you can't read and just throw it wherever you want..

I was at my friend's house and the mail person not want to pick up her mail wow I was pretty disappointed after I seen thatwhoever drives on hickory Creek road and don't check Amber Stones mailbox that's against the law I want that person fired actually that happened several times

Will not ever do business with this post office again. I had so many issues with the people working there

Do not answer the phone and I have not received my mail in two weeks. Although I do get Don Semaras mail so if your him I have sent it back.

I hate having to deal with this post office, I can never get my packages delivered like they’re supposed to be, I’m always getting my mail sent to the wrong house and my neighbors are always receiving my mail, I’ve called and complained multiple times but nothings changed
