Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time here, and I like it!
Very clean , food was excellent!

This Zaxby’s is awesome! The place is very well kept. The staff was very kind during our visit and the food was served hot and quick. I would highly recommend this Zaxby’s to anyone!

Whoever was in there sauced up my wings. May your pillow be exactly how you like it at night 🙏

I view Zaxby's as equal to Bojangles your chicken is a little worse be the sauces you got more than make up for it ,and their French fires aren't the best. Better boneless wings I had tho,whenever I go back I am getting some of their nuclear sauce to see what they view as spicy as well

Service is friendly and quick. The food is smack your biological stepdad into a coma good.

Excellent customer service! Great food, speed of service and was willing to prepare a special order modification without and hesitation. Also, it was around 30 minutes till closing time and they were kind, positive and still gave great quality and service! I would recommend to anyone in the area!!! Thank you!

I always get the number one and I love full, happy and ready for a nap. The chicken us cooked well, juicy and flavorful.

I do not have enough good things to say about my experience at this location. My work has me traveling through the entire southeast and I have eaten at alot of Zaxbys and this is by far the best eating experience iv had at any one of them. Excellent and friendly customer service and high quality food prepared ( which seems to be suffering greatly due to restaurants having low staff at other locations). Very satisfied and I hope the employees here are well taken care of for the quality of service they are providing.

I went to this location tonight and went to the drive thru. I ordered 5 meals so I knew it would take a little time. They told me that it would be 5 minutes for one of the meals. They had me pull ahead if the window. In around 5 minutes the guy brought the food explained which bag had a special order meal and he named all the items in the bags. To top it off, he asked if there was anything else I needed and said he would bring it back to me. This was GREAT service!

I ordered online for my meal and had my credit card charged. However something happened with the system, and my order wasn’t found. Glorianna, the manager, was super kind and helpful. She saw that my card was charged for a zaxbys order with the correct location and provided me my meal. Super sweet and fast. A day of bad luck changed into a great experience thanks to this team.

I still think for the most part it's excellent food. It's becoming a little pricey but what isn't

Joanna you was so sweet in the drive-thru, despite the rude customer in front of me and the fact that it was 8:30 pm. Love people like her!

This Zaxby's is at the junction right across from the Northgate Mall. Right on a big junction on Hixson Pike very convenient to get in and out. I usually drive through instead of going inside, very good food and service is good. The last time my order was not completely done right but everything was good at the end. During busy times the drive through might be a little longer but wait time is still good. Overall everything is good.

Friendly staff that gets my order quick and doesn't forget my extra sauces like other locations I visit. Best Zaxby's in the area (:

My girlfriend and I had never tried Zaxby's, so on a recent trip into Chattanooga we decided to give their boneless wings a try. The Nuclear sauce was very tasty, and the Insane sauce hurt us very much. A+!

Food is amazing but takes forever you will sit in the drive through for ever!

Food always tastes great and the staff is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean.

My only gripe is that they could use a BIGGER location because they are always packed. It makes getting your food take longer but I can’t deduct a star because business is booming.

There are too many sandwiches. The one called the Southwest Chipotle is my favorite, but I really prefer boneless wings tossed in either nuclear or sweet n spicy. I'm kind of biased towards Zaxby's because my wife works there, but the food is still amazing in taste.

Always really nice employees, and I've never gotten anything less than amazing food there. You might have to wait a little bit longer than most fast food places, but it's worth the wait and you know you're getting fresh food.
