We have been so lucky to have Phil as our mechanic for many years. He does all of our vehicle repairs and maintenance and I would never, ever go anywhere else! He’s very fair, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable, (I swear he can diagnose and fix anything!) If you want a mechanic whose work and ethics you can trust, look no further, Phil and Hepton Road Auto is the place to go!

Hepton Road, Auto is a great mechanic shop after moving to a new location it didn’t make sense to use my previous mechanic and so I decided to give Hepton Road, Auto a shot I’m always nervous when it comes to mechanics because I’ve had bad experience from other mechanics… three different times Hepton Road Auto has done work for me and I’ve been impressed with them every single time! I would highly recommend them

I will never go back again. Told him to call me and let me know how much it will cost before he does anything because I didn’t want to spend more than 400. Got a call that it was done and my total was 850! A couple months later I took my car to a different mechanic for the exact same issues. This mechanic told me that it didn’t look like Hepton road changed anything that he charged me for. Would not recommend him to anyone and will NEVER go back!! Also marked up parts so he made money off those, not just his labor.
