Broadway Grill

Everything was delicious! Visited with my father for his birthday lunch and I was rather nervous because he is very picky, and yet he left very happy! We ordered the Brussel sprouts, beet salad, grilled shrimp skewer, grilled mushrooms, fisherman’s stew, and the NY steak and we shared everything. I had a cucumber gimlet and it was so refreshing. So tasty and filling, we were not disappointed! We hope to be back during a live music set

I can only say amazing things about the Broadway Grill. We ordered the BWG Negroni and the Rainiy Days cocktails,  absolutely amazing! We started our epicurean adventure with the Mushroom Skillet,  and it only made our expectation of our main dish almost impossible to reach. We shared the Brodway Burger and that expectation I mentioned was blown out of the park. First we need to start at the quality of ingredients the produce was fresh and excellent quality. The freshly ground beef from local butcher was perfect. Then to combine the onions and beef being cooked to perfection we felt if we had a taste of heaven. We had also upgraded the dish to onion rings and trust me I dare you to find anything comparable. To end our adventure we share another BWG Negroni and the seasonal apple crumble that was topped with the purest vanilla ice-cream you could ever have.

The staff was beyond amazing, they provided the most attentively friendly service that made this visit truly special. When bringing the ambiance into the combination of the amazing food and service, you truly can feel relaxed and realize you have been transported to not only a special place but a special moment where you have enjoyment of the people around you and yourself. From the beautiful works of art, the decor, and the live music this place is not just special but a true gem.

To the owner Asta and your partner Ziggy please continue to be the wonderful people you are making those special moments for your guests. We cannot wait until we visit the area again and the Brodway Grill will be one of the main destinations.

I had one of the most delicious lunches I have had in a long time at Broadway Grill this week. The ravioli was absolutely delicious, the chicken was full of flavor and not dry, and the service was excellent. We even met the owner who was wonderful and I love that this is a locally owned business. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had a spontaneous date night when our kid went to a school dance and we were looking for a place to have a nice romantic dinner that was also a little different and fun. Broadway Grill is our new favorite! The food - we had Starters (mussels & mushrooms), Fisherman’s Stew (so delicious!) and dessert (fruit cobbler). The recommended wine pairings went very well. The service was professional and friendly, we felt well taken care of. And the music was delightful! A piano and clarinet duo played jazz classics. Absolutely recommend!

A fun brunch, lunch or night out! Asta and Ziggy could not be more welcoming, hospitable, detail oriented, concerned about the customer's welfare and comfort, focused on high quality food, atmosphere and service. This is how a restaurant should be. Be. Other should take note. Help get the word out, try it yourself. Have a great time and spread the word. There's live music on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. If you need quiet due to an elderly or a hearing impairment then a quiet Sunday afternoon is for you. There's outdoor seating as well and parking is plentiful in the neighborhood. Or you can take a ride, share, walk, or ride your bike. Lovely facilities and there's also a banquet room upstairs. This would be a great place to take over for a wedding reception. If you really want a trip to Paris but can't afford it or don't like jet lag, go here. It has that really terrific. Magic and atmosphere with the delicious food. Wines were well paired and desserts were marvelous. Food came out hot and was well timed and it was an incredible experience. These brave people opened right before covid, stayed open and then are continuing to put out their best. Give them a leg up, spread the word and go. Have a great time there. Great place for business meetings, family parties and birthdays as well. It looks like they've got it covered from A to Z.

I never told this story till now. When I was younger (25). I was working at SFO as a mechanic. Got off work wearing sweats and my work jacket. I didn't know what time is was. All I knew was, I was hungry. There seemed to be no one in there. The waitress took my order and as I checked my phone I realized the time. The grill was either about to close or was already closed. I appreciated their service at the time of night and for serving some ragged looking kid. Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure of dining at Broadway Grill in Burlingame, and it was a five-star experience through and through. The place had a lovely vibe that made me feel right at home. I've got to talk about their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich—it was simply amazing! The chicken was juicy, and the buffalo sauce was just the right kind of spicy. And their side dishes? The truffle fries were to die for.

I also really appreciated their extensive whiskey and bourbon collection. It was great to have so many options to choose from, and it complemented the meal perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the live music in the background was the cherry on top. I'll definitely be back for more. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this spot!

The French onion soup is excellent. Wish the potion was larger though. The baby back ribs were nice and moist and came right off the bone. The barbecue sauce went very well with the ribs.

Great value, service and atmosphere for a no nonsense 1/2 pound burger and too many fries! Real dishes, flatware and recyclable napkin plus a bottle of delicious water was exactly what I needed for this brief stop to recharge my eGolf at the nearby fast charge EVGo station on my way to SFO 2 miles away.

Coming here always feels like a mini vacation when entertainment compliments the meal. Delicious moist salmon. Fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce brought me back to Italy. Relaxing live music. Ask for the Ziggy Martini, you will not be disappointed.

We had our holiday party (around 60 people) at Broadway Grill and they provided us all around wonderful experience! The service was top class, the ambience was great, organization very good, food tasty, and the excellent staff was on top of keeping all of us well looked after throughout the party. They took away all the stress out of holding a holiday event, would definitely recommend.

What a great venue. An old bank renovated into a restaurant with some real character. In mentioning characters, that is the perfect description for the owners husband 😉
He was serving the bar when we visited, we had a great time talking with him and shared some good laughs. Thanks very much, it was great end to our trip to the United States.

Great steak. Great jazz. Had a wedding anniversary dinner here. The combo played "At Last" for us. Great time!

I ordered the "Marry free range chicken". Roasted half chicken. The meat was juicy not dry. The rice was great since it socked in the juices of the roasted chicken.

I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Broadway Grill a few years ago during a layover at a nearby hotel. I was so impressed that I came back immediately today upon arriving for my second layover nearby.

Asta, my amazing server, was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was simply delightful. I treated myself to the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, the French Onion Soup and the Fisherman’s Stew, each of which were splendid. I couldn’t recommend a place any more highly than I do here. If you are in the mood for an excellent menu and feeling home away from home, this is your place! I’ll be back every time I’m lucky enough to be in the vicinity.

We were regulars before ownership changed hands. But we are very impressed at how the new owners have upgraded the food as well as the environment. We happen to be there on jazz jam session night and the experience was every bit as good as you would have expected in the old days of San Francisco jazz clubs.

Here now, Friday night. Visiting from So Cal, we saw this place advertised on the hotel channel. What a great find!

Food was superb, service stellar, and we stayed late enough to be surprised with a Motown live show with 4 live singers and a live band. Outstanding experience!

My sister, stepdad and I stopped here for lunch on a Friday around 3pm and it was a fabulous experience. The owner (I think!) is from Lithuania and so lovely. My stepdad traveled all over the country for work before he retired and they had such a great conversation. The food was great and the service was absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be back and recommend.
