I was travelling through the area from the east coast and had a problem with my Class B RV charging system with lithium battery. Gerald went above-and-beyond to not only help me do an initial diagnose remotely, but then actually found for me a competent electrical tech to diagnose the problem on a short schedule. I did end-up having to buy an voltage regulator from Whatcom but he and I did not know that would be the problem. It was good karma I suppose.... great service comes back to you.

These folks have the knowledge and attitude to get you what you need. The have starters, alternators, and batteries. They've been around for ever and their level of expertise should tell you why. I learn something from them every time a need them. Extraordinary turn around times on rebuilds. And if they don't have what you're needing they'll get it. Their prices are super reasonable. There has never been a time when they didn't come through for me. They got 5 of 5 because that's all I can give. Give em a visit. The place is awesome...even if you're not into that sort of stuff.

Owner was super nice, helped me after the shop was closed. I’m sure he has stuff to do and is a busy man but he decided to lend me the tool to take the bracket off my battery compartment.
I think they have the best price on an American battery as well compared to other local shops. I paid $135 for 675CCA other shops were $150 for 650CCA

I’ve been doing a solar install and needed some cables and other odds and ends to get the job complete so I ventured into Whatcom Electric & Battery to see if they could help and encountered Gerald at the front counter. They have a huge selection on hand of just about everything you could ask for and the prices are fair. WE & B provided me with the best customer service experience of my life. I spent a significant amount of time in this place designing my sprinter van electrical system. Gerald was instrumental in the success of the overall design. I'm a bit bummed the project is over since I don't have a reason to return to WE & B right now.

Bought a 12v control battery for my electric car here. After bad experiences with cheap batteries, I was looking for the best battery I could get and they had it. They were really friendly and took the time to explain what my choices were and what the terms meant. The 2 yr warranty battery was actually cheaper than it's counterpart at AutoZone, but I bought a AGM battery in the hopes it will last longer.
