Really nice customer service. I called having questions about whether I had the right welding rods for my welder, being that I'm a novice. And found out that I didn't and that's why nothing was sticking together. The guy was really nice and gave me a bunch of advice even though he didn't have the welding rods I needed in stock and therefore made no sale.

Jim is a wealth of knowledge for all your tool and manufacturing supply needs, even with oddities most place dont carry Jim either has it or knows where to get it for me.

Very helpful and usually has the odd things no one else does.
