Papa Nachos Mexican Grill

Ordered fajitas for 40 people. I arrived a little early for pick up and got to watch the crew work making the rest of our food. They were extremely friendly and grateful for the business. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had plenty of everything. The food was 10/10. Definitely was worth the money. Would recommend to anyone in the area and we will use them again. Great people

This little taco shop in Bloomfield, New Mexico makes an excellent and gigantic breakfast burrito. They will also do a breakfast bowl if you request it when ordering. You can call ahead for an order to pick up.The menu isn't extensive but the food is very well done! Post covid shutdown I think the breakfast burritos got even larger! Try the meat combo breakfast burrito.

The food and service is excellent. May personal favorites are the nachos and the quesidilla plate, wife loves the taco plate and the Carne burrito

Wow I didn't know what people were talking about. I had to find out for myself. It sure is a very amazing place to eat. Really don't mind how the place looks inside but the food is very beyond good and worth my walk over and back home. Wow. Even with only 2 people working they did a very awesome ,excellent job. Very tasty food. I definitely will be coming back soon. Keep up the good work.

The only place I go for breakfast in the morning. Staff is friendly food is made well it's hot and it tastes great. The breakfast burritos aren't these little tiny things that you get other places. Fair price for what you're getting. love it.

First timer and Had the Green Chile Enchilada Plate with a side of chips. Took home and shared this very yummy lunch. Will definitely try more of their items and recommend to Auntie. She loves a good place to eat.

I was a bit skeptical after 2 breakfast burritos was 21$ but.. this place is delicious my wife got sausage with red and i got smothered in green and i think they might have the best chilie around red and green both spicy very happy also i could probably eat this burrito all day they are huge i highly recommend!!

We ordered the Enchiladas chicken Christmas style, nachos, quesadillas, eggs & hash browns, shredded chicken bowl. Lots of seating, kind & knowledgeable staff, good food! We were just stopping through on a road trip, but would eat here again if we drove through again!

I absolutely love this little gem. Highlights of every visit is the staff's concern with how well we liked our meal, special care and concern to our family (opening the glass drinks, making exceptions for the kid, etc.), clean environment, and family-oriented atmosphere. The food is always hot and tasty, and they clearly take pride in their menu. I strongly recommend them.

We stopped at Papa Nachos on our way through Bloomfield this past week. There was a group of Volunteer Fire Fighters eating lunch there so we figured it was excellent food and we were not disappointed. The Green Chile is what they recommended so that's what we ordered with the special of the day. Ate half for lunch and the rest for dinner (yes, very generous servings). The staff is courteous and helpful as well. No dine in seating at this time but the atmosphere is great and I'm sure is equally great when you can eat inside. We pulled a couple of chairs and our little "table" out and ate outside.

If you live in or near Bloomfield, you're missing out. If you are passing through or visiting, it's a must visit place for lunch.

This place is legit! I grew up in Bloomfield, but moved away 30 years ago. I still come home to visit family and I have been driving by this place for months. I finally decided to give it a try. Soooo glad I did! It’s a little hole in the wall, but don’t let that scare you. Staff is friendly. Dining area is small but clean. Food is fantastic. Price is affordable. If you live in the area, or are just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop here for a meal.

I’m so glad we stopped here! Quaint, clean, and festive eating area, large portions, friendly staff. Our family had enchiladas, a smothered burrito, nachos, and a quesadilla. Everybody was happy and full. I highly recommend it!

Personally, I haven't had any issues. Normally, I do call-in orders and they're pretty much spot on when I come to pick it up.
I love getting a smothered breakfast burrito from this place. Especially with red & green chile.
Hopefully someday they can either open up and/or move to a bigger location to accommodate travelers that pass through.
All in all, it'd definitely be a place that could help Bloomfield, NM flourish & grow.

Been driving past this place for a while now, and big sis said let's go. So, we went and it was sooo GOOD 😊. Got the Friday special and added beans and rice. Mmmmm, those beans were perfectly cooked and the rice was well seasoned. Brother in law got done nachos and they looked delicious too 💯. I'll definitely be going back.

Guys (Big & Small) got it down perfect! Appreciate great meal guys
