I had a great experience with alterations here! Diana had my wedding dress done within about 2 weeks and it was absolutely perfect. I had a long list of things I wanted done and it was no problem. I would recommend this to anyone and have been telling my friends about it!

Wonderful, quality work done here and just exceptional customer service! I've had multiple items done here including a gorgeous long winter coat and a couple of fancy dresses. She does good work. I'll not go anywhere else.

Sad to say, this fantastic store is gone. I went there last week with an order, and she is gone. Lights are out, doors are locked, and the store is empty.
Does anyone know where this store owner has gone?
She, and her quality work will be missed.

I absolutely recommend Pearl's Alterations! Padao was incredible- she was able to get me into her schedule on short-notice to hem my bridesmaid's dress. She was very professional, kind, and accommodating to what I wanted. Very good customer service, communication, fair pricing. I appreciated her steaming my dress for free as well!

She was very flexible with the appointments, and fit me in as a rush job. She shortened my chiffon bridesmaid dress to Perfection on her first try, although she allotted time to make it shorter and still have it ready when needed, if ...needed! Pricing was fair. She's very kind, friendly, patient & professional.

My mom and I have been going Pearls alterations for a while now. Padao always does such phenomenal alterations. In the past year I have brought in 3 dresses and all 3 ended up exactly how I wanted. I’ll be coming back for years to come and cannot recommend her services enough. ☺

I went in on September 20th 2021 to get a quote for getting a dress hemmed that I need by October 9th 2021. She quoted me a very fair price and my dress was done in a week! She did such an amazing job on my dress and it was done in a very timely manner as well. I HIGHLY recommend getting alterations here as we should be supporting our small local businesses and I do feel the service is definitely worth the price.
I am definitely going back here for any future work I need.

This shop is under new management. I had her shortened my summer dresses and loved them. She redid my favorite jacket and am amazed. Good customer service and received my items in a timely manner. I will be going back with other items sitting in my closet.

Very friendly and so helpful with questions and concerns. I have had many masks made during this pandamic. Great job work, friends and co-workers love them. I will continue to do business with these people.

Nice people working here. I got my pants hemmed within five days including weekends at a cheap price. The owners were nice enough to give me my pants before they locked up because i had gotten there late. The pants fit well and much better than before! I would come back here again for alterations. Highly recommend this place.

I always bring my pants there to get hemmed. They fit perfectly when finished. So very reasonably priced, too. One time I just happen to stop by, wearing a jacket with a broken zipper, aand asked how much and how long it would take to fix it. The gentleman said he would do it now, and insisted on not charging me a fee! Now that is wonderful customer service.

Always great service. Reasonable price. Able to fix a jacket that another place said they couldn't. Great !
