These guys did a great job. Mike Davis took good care of us. We used them for floors,tile,cabinets and counter tops. Everything turned out great!!!!!

Recently did business with the Panama City Beach office of the Flooring Depot for product and installation of flooring. Sean P was terrific and a pleasure to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and offered guidance so we could make the best choice for our needs and budget. Sean went out of his way to keep in touch with us throughout the entire process to make sure things were done according to our agreement and that we were satisfied with the experience. We also want to give a thank you to the owner, Mr Berry, who resolved an issue for us that only he could do. Great customer service from the owner! We highly recommend Sean P and the Flooring Depot.

Since hurricane michael in 2018, we've worked towards getting our new building construction completed but there has been many challenges that delayed our production. That day arrived when we were ready to choose a flooring company. We visited our local PCB Flooring Depot and Sean Palamarczuk was very helpful. After we decided on what flooring we needed then Mr. P made sure that we received quality products, made us aware of our selection features, emailed us the quotes, and scheduled installation after our products arrived from shipment. We are pleased with the job and welcome Mr. P to visit us. Mr. P and Mr. Barry are so kind in working with us to ensure that we received what we needed in flooring. We are grateful for the support! Very, very disappointed in the recent dealings with Flooring Depot. After their salesman specifically promised they’d take back our additional material (unopened, and purchased due to their internal square footage calculations), the owners of Flooring Depot aren’t standing behind their word.

I asked specifically and was told specifically that the product I ordered would be able to have the excess returned, and now they won’t honor their word. I previously purchased 4 homes of flooring from this company, and it’s unfortunate they’ve chosen this route and lost the business of my firm, two custom high end home builders and a quality installer in the process.

Horrible installation experience. Substandard workmanship. Left a mess behind after the job. Required payment up front. Absolutely zero effort to correct any of it and after less than a year, we already have cracked tiles due to poor installation. Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars.
