Kai Sushi Fusion Roll &Sake

Delicious food - Crispy Alaska and Washington Sushi, Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp and Vegetable tempura, and Sunomono salad. (Definitely recommend Crispy Alaska sushi and Sunomono salad - which I don't see in my local restaurants).
The food and service were outstanding. This is a small locally owned restaurant. There was plenty of free street parking. Just two of us for lunch. We tried a variety of dishes. Quick service, delicious food.

My 8 year old granddaughter said It was bomb and deliscious. It was the best sushi we've had in everett. Liz was our server and she was very sweet and knowledge.

Now I don't go for sushi all that often but a few times a year. This was a new place and it was very good. Portions were good to where we got 3 rolls for two people. I liked the large selection of sushi. I will go back soon. The dining area was small but didn't seem like an issue. We did go to an early dinner so it might get busy later on.

Great sushi. Miso soup is tasty, sashimi is delicious so you know it's going to be good when combined with rice - though I prefer the straight fish. Easily one of my best and favorite sushi places in the greater PNW space

Had lunch here for the first time this week. Food was delicious and service friendly and quick! Clean and comfy atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Jad the Kai roll - yum! And cucumber salad, Yum Yum!

Hands down my favorite sushi place I’ve ever tried. We frequently order takeout and they’re always kind and the food is consistent. My favorites are the croquettes, vegetable roll, veggie Vegas roll & tempura yam roll. Must try! They also are very reasonably priced. We recommend Kai to our friends!

This is a great sushi spot located in the heart of downtown Everett. The Baked Salmon Roll was great. The Jalepeño Poppers were really unique, they were fried and delicious. The restaurant had a relaxing, peaceful, vibe.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while working nearby at a new job. The nigiri lunch special was terrific as well as the super fresh ikura that I ordered. The wait staff is attentive also. I will definitely be back!

This is the best sushi restaurant I've ever been to. The salmon lemon roll is gods gift to your taste buds.

We moved to Everett about a year and a half ago. We've been looking, I'm betting this is now going to be our sushi restaurant. The food was delicious and you should give the innocent a try. It was wonderful and very refreshing. Thank you!

We were in our way north Washington, my son want sushi for lunch, so we decided to go to this place based on the good reviews. The sushi was good , We ordered black dragon , Washington , Kai , California, Baja and Mango salmon rolls . All was so good I really recommend this restaurant. The staff was so nice .

Absolutely fantastic sushi here! Pricing is reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We had the "monkey brains" 😂 I thought I didn't like warm avocado but lightly deep fried stuffed avocado, spicy tuna, & crab with house spicy sauce... So good! Also had a "heart attack" 😂 spicy tuna, cream cheese, avocado, jalapeño inside, deep fried roll in house spicy sauce. Oh my goodness... Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back.

This place is amazing!!!! The food is so yummy & served generously! I can’t wait to go back. Super great choices. It was nice to see all the different choices. Defiantly a great vegetarian selection. They have awesome wine & good appetizers.

I wanted to find a place in Everett that offered a variety of sushi and Kai had just that! I was surprised to see their full menu with great prices! I plan to return soon and you should check it out too.

This local hot spot proved to deliciously satisfy our huge post Jiu Jitsu tournament appetite. The service was super friendly and prompt. We will be returning in the near future.

Service was fast and friendly. The dining room was really nice and modern. I was mostly impressed by how big and great of a selection they had for specialty rolls. Also offers plenty of vegetarian options for those who need it. A little pricey, but worth it!
