Initially I was concerned because this place was absolutely empty for dine in (aside from staff)staff, but I noticed multiple people get take out. The good was delicious. Everything seemed homemade. If it wasn't, then they fooled the heck out of me. Even the potato chips were thick cut and served hot. The staff was a bit awkward since she stood around before I was ready to order, but no harm. It's a little hole on the wall with great food.

I love the smashed burger their buns are so soft they must be home made like the fries home cut im defnatly going back to try more food love the fact you get ameri and mexi food lil bit of both worlds i also had an elote witch was great aswell see yall soon !!

Five of us went to Mexitalia for the first time and we're definitely coming back! We had a variety of Mexican and Italian dishes and they were all delicious! The food is all homemade. The service was great! The decor and environment is lovely and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Me and my family come here almost every week. Everything is always amazing. My mom is obsessed with the street corn. My dad swears by the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, and I love the pizza and pasta here. The street tacos are also addicting. And the people here are very nice.

There are 2 sides to this place one side you can sit at a table the other has a small bar. Whatever area you go your gonna get some super delicious food. Real Mexican and American dishes. I would definitely be back when I visit Cape May again! Yummy! The restaurant atmosphere is private, comfortable, and def inviting.

10/10 recommend! Since the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the place was clean and decorated to represent both Mexican and Italian culture. The owner was extremely nice and gave us recommendations, always checked in with us to see how everything was, and brought out our food. The food was DELICIOUS, and I mean it. Everything is homemade, and you can tell. It was the best raviolis and meatballs I’ve ever had. The garlic bread was also a nice addition due to its crunchy outside and fluffy middle. I would absolutely go here again, and I would recommend supporting this business!

Excellent food! I tried it for the first time and I am very glad I did. I ordered the La Casa burrito. Growing up near the Mexican border I have eaten authentic Mexican food and MexItalia bring that flavor to South Jersey. I will definitely eat here again!

Ever since new owner & staff came and created Mexitalia, it’s the best food now and so close to me! They have a great staff, very friendly & kind. The food is always great! Their pizza is the best around here definitely! Always ready to recommend them!

Bang'n atmosphere, awesome service and incredible food.

Had a small issue today with an order called and spoke to a young man, he offered to replace the food and i said no thank you and about 30 minutes later they showed up with replacement food. Their food is really good and their customer service is great. I hope they stick around because this place can very quickly become a favorite for me!!

Our ladies group ate here and all 12 lunches were excellent!!!

Ordered their pizza and GF pizza for the first time. Pizza was delicious. The GF was one of the best I’ve had. Need to add that this is also an Italian restaurant on Google as it is showing only Mexican.

Great if you are looking for gluten free options. They have gluten-free mozzarella sticks, pizza, cheesesteaks, and much more!

Had the Gringos steak tacos an Chicken Cheese Steak Stromboli .both was Excellent.Will be coming back
