Quality people. Quality hometown business. Gerald and Dale run a quality home-town business the way it used to be! They give good, honest advice, and have treated me fairly for many years. I have purchased washer/dryer, microwaves, and dishwashers. They sell only quality stuff because they know their reputations matter. I have them fix my appliances, or sell me the parts for my DIY repair projects. Last week I had them fix my very nice KitchenAid over-the-range microwave and convection oven. It was too nice to just replace. They fixed it right. They fixed it quickly. I have all the confidence in the world in these guys and would recommend them highly to purchasers at any price level.

Saved over $100 on needed Speed Queen parts. They were also in stock so I didn't have to wait a week for shipping. They stock a lot of common accessories as well.

I'm not sure who we worked with but he was so knowledgeable. I think he was the owner of the shop. We had heard about the speed queen washer and how great they were but didn't know exactly why. He was able to tell us all the details in depth and sold us on it! I'm sure they are knowledgeable about all the other appliances too. It seemed by the way he talked, he eat, sleeps, breaths appliances. All speed queens are sold at a set price so it's worth supporting a small business. Plus they will take your old appliance off your hands with your purchase!

My 19 year old dryer broke and I knew I wanted a Speed Queen. Gerald was knowledgable and it was a no-hassle sales experience for me. They had what I needed in stock and went out of there way to deliver early in the morning so I could have a working dryer soon and before Christmas! I highly recommend.

I called ADC about an issue with our fridge not cooling properly, and they sent out a technician that same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but had to order a part. I was expecting to be without the fridge for several days, but two days later, they called and had the part. The technician came out that day and installed the part. Fridge is running great now. Great service. Very honest, and very reasonably priced. This was much cheaper than buying a new fridge, and much less hassle. Appointments were all on time. Definitely will call them for any other appliance issues.

We've bought a washer in the past and just recently bought a dryer from them. They are great to bounce questions off of and we've gone with their suggestions on our purchases, thankfully. The Speed Queens we have are amazing. I'm glad they talked us out of the more expensive, but not as good in our opinion, front load washer. Really friendly guys, willing and wanting to help.

This place has been there a long long time. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I thought my dishwasher pump might be bad so I pulled if off and took it in there. He took a minute to test it for me and said it was fine. He could have sold me a new one and I wouldn't have known the difference but he didn't. No charge. Love this place!

Called, they told me where to look so I could get the correct replacement and it took me minimum time to get the piece I needed. He also explained how to replace it, especially safety measures to take. Will definitely come back for any other issues with my Jenn-Air range.

Called them to come out and repair my dishwasher and they were great. The price was fair and he found out that my dishwasher was recalled. So instead of trying to sell me a new one he took the time to help me with the recall. I did end up getting a new on but had to buy it straight from the factory because of the recall. We did have them I stall it for us and it's been great since. Please use them if you need a repair.

Theys guys are great. I hired them to come do a diagnostic on my dishwasher. Not only did they stick around until they figured out the problem, they answered every question I had about other appliances and plumbing issues I had. Very personable and professional.

I have bought every appliance from ADC since my first house. Seven houses later and I have never been disappointed. They have quality appliances without all the pushy, crazy sales people. Plus they service and are happy to come out on a service call and fix your appliances rather than just make you buy new ones. They beat everyone's prices so just go and see for yourself.

Not sure what we do without the Appliance Discount Center. Over the past 20 years we have bought replacement parts from this place many, many times. In fact, this is the second oven element replacement we've had on the same oven.
I wouldn't be surprised if every appliance in our home has had at least one replacement part from The Appliance Discount Center. They have likely saved us thousands of dollars over the past 20 years.

A few years ago I bought a used microwave from these guys but did not test it prior to taking it home. (My mistake) Upon getting it home and plugging it in, the digital readout was scrambled so there was no way to use the oven. I took it back, and although there was a little grumbling, they refunded me. Because of the grumbling, I swore them off. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance since my dishwasher inlet valve had started leaking. They were very quick to help and even pulled one off of a display model so I could have it that day. I feel like they deserve the 5 stars now.

The employees here were so helpful at answering our questions and listening to our needs. They were able to get us a great Speed Queen top loader and even helped us load it into our car.

Had exactly what I needed! Heating element blew spent all Saturday night driving around and having people waste my time. Come in today and he pulled the model number and I had the piece in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service!

I came in thinking I would pay $50 for a new water pump.
The man working here took a look at my water pump and unclogged it for free.
I asked him if I could give him something and he refused.
