Famous Appliance Service

Our dryer stopped heating, so I called famous appliance service for the first time. They offered an afternoon appointment on the same day, but I would be at work then, so they scheduled someone first thing in the morning. Jason arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and communicative, and got to work quickly. He had the heating element our old dryer needed right in his van, cleaned out inside and around our dusty dryer, replaced the heating element and put everything back together nicely. Explained everything, including how to keep a dryer in good working order. We will definitely call them again!

Aaron Sewell was on it. Diagnosed the problem with my dryer and fixed it in no time!
Also put in a bombproof under sink disposal in my rental so I don’t have to touch it ever again 😀

Famous is great! Unfortunately, the part needed for my fix is NLA, but the tech went above and beyond to try to figure another way around the issue. He did so much, I bet he would have got my KD up to 4 if I asked.

I am so excited I found these guys. What a headache of a time we have had just to get our new dishwasher installed. Home Depot delivered a week ago but would not install due to a piece of tile in front of our old dishwasher said it would be a liability to install incase they broke the tile they would be at fault but stated how easily it could be done. I called these guys at noon today after a disappointing quote from Any Hour and a dozen other quotes over the phone which were all outrageous. These guys Sent Aaron to my house within 2 hours of that call, he came in and got to work. The price matched the quote on the phone and ended up being $400 less (no joke) than the other place that came before them! Aaron was honest didn’t come in to upcharge me or trick me which I appreciated his honest and upfront friendly approach thank you soooo much it’s so nice to have a functioning kitchen again will recommend to friends and use in the future. 100 stars!!

Of course both my washer and dryer decided to not work all at the same time it seemed like one thing after another for me. But this awesome technician Siaosi Burke made my day! He arrived quickly! Was very professional, kind and Informative. I definitely will be using this company from now on.

My refrigerator died Saturday (of course), and I wanted a repair service who specializes in LG product repairs. Called Famous Appliance service early Monday morning and was able to get appointment that afternoon. Aaron arrived exactly on time, friendly, knowledgeable, identifying problem quickly. Explained why part failed and gave quote for work. Worked efficiently replacing compressor quickly. Serviced with freon, cleaned up work area spotlessly. Excellent technician and I'd highly recommend Aaron and this company to anyone. Great job!

Aaron and Jaren came out to fix my dryer and did a fabulous job. I was having a hard time figuring out what was wrong and they figured it out within gminutes and had me back in service. Thanks for a speedy repair!!

My dryer was not working and I left a voicemail Sunday evening for a call back. By 730 Am today, I already got a call back and they sent Jessie by 1 pm. He was incredible. He figured out what was wrong but didn’t have the right part. He went back to the shop, got the right part and fixed it in no time. He was very professional , cordial and went the extra mile. I highly recommend Famous Appliance and especially Jessie for any repair needs.

My washing machine wasn’t draining properly. These people were very responsive and came the same day I called. They had the part in stock and came back the next morning and installed it. The washer has been working ever since. Aaron was the technician who fixed my machine. He was very professional and very nice to work with. And he knows his stuff! I highly recommend this company!
