I just spoke with Jeff at the United States Postal Service post office in Princeton and he was extremely helpful and basically saved me a ton of money. I don’t think I’ve had a postal worker be that nice to me ever lol Jeff you are the best.!!! Chris was also extremely nice and helpful.

I have never had a problem with this post office in the past. The employees are always nice to you and very helpful! The building itself it really old and could use an upgrade. However, the customer service deserves to recognized because the employees are awesome!

VERY NICE STAFF MEMBER'S ! ALWAYS READY AND WILLING TO HELP FRIENDLY AND POLITE. WE JUST LOVE MR. ISAIAH HE IS SUCH A WONDERFUL MAIL MAN HE CARES ABOUT HIS COMMUNITY AND HE WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMMUNITY IS SATISFIED WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICES SERVICE. All these negative reviews...I was reluctant to step inside this place. But I did anyway. It was about 10:40 on a Wednesday morning. Just needed to ship one small package. There were two people working the counter and only a couple of customers. I was in line less than a minute, at the counter not much longer. Both clerks were quick and efficient and business-like, if not pleasant, but I dont need a chorus line of tap dancers singing "Top o' the Morning" to me just to mail something. Quick and issue-free. Good job, Princeton Post Office!

I needed to mail a box to big for the mail slot. But it was just after hours. The postman came around and grabbed my box. This post office has now helped me a few times with random things. Kind and helpful. I appreciate the thoughtfulness.

This place is small but great. The employees are masked and there’s plenty of signs explaining that masks are required & that only 2 customers are allowed inside the tiny room at a time. Great!

Be nice! The employees certainly are nice and knowledgeable.

Give them a break during this stressful, busy, scary time.

We recently moved from Princeton to Frisco and I will make the hike all the way to Princeton to receive the GREAT customer service that is given from the employees here. Everyone that I have dealt with is very professional and courteous. I know that when I send boxes to Japan to my grand boys it will make it there!!! Thank ya'll for being so great!!!!

Walked in 2 min before the office closing, employees were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Got in and out quickly, great customer service. Building is old and could use an updated.

Had great experience, Excellent customer service from Isiah at the Princeton post office, he offered to bring me my mail to my door.

The staff there was really helpful and kind and did their best to find my package. In life mistakes and mishaps happen but it's important to recognize good people and I experienced that today 👍🏾

I been to many post offices around the USA and don’t know what everyone sees at Princeton but I personally believe fast friendly and efficient. I would go there over any office in north Texas

I have been to numerous post offices in the area, like Mckinney po and this one is excellent. Great service and very helpful in every way. I strongly recommend this post office.

I'm having to pick up my mail whilst USPS dryer up my new mail box. Great experience every time I go! 3 times and counting

Great service. I order some baby chicks and the delivery arrive at 4:00am and they open at 8:00am but they let me get them at 6:00am
