Great selection and had the exact hat I was looking for. I lost my sunglasses somewhere in the store too and they kindly held them at lost and found for me.

The customer service is nice. The store is nicely organized and clean too. I just wish they had more dressy shoes in size 11. Other than that, I had a nice experience.

DSW has a huge shoe selection and it is always neat and organized. This location is two huge floors. They're always running promotions and sales. Nice accessories but they are a bit pricey. They do not let the public use the bathroom anymore (it used to be a publicly available restroom) and that is a big deterrent to shopping there.

Loves this location. Always quiet and clean. The ladies are polite and helpful. The boots and shoes are well-organized and displayed neatly.
